LWR women give moms hope

What did moms at HOPE Family Services receive as an early Mother’s Day present? Luxurious spa robes.

Lakewood Ranch Women’s Club President Patti Wrobel and publicity Co-Chairwomen Monika Templeman and Eileen Buzzard delivered 52 robes as gifts for moms at Manatee County’s HOPE Family Services program as a way to pay tribute to mothers escaping domestic violence. Inserted into each package was a note from the club: “Wrap yourself in warmth and love.”
