A home in Longboat Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Upscale Properties LLC sold the home at 680 Longview Drive to Agnes Peterson, of Longboat Key, for $680,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2015.

Sleepy Lagoon Park

Agnes Peterson, of Stamford, Conn., sold the home at 601 Norton St. to Mark and Christina Zeitouni, of Longboat Key, for $665,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2014.

Casa Del Mar

Timothy and Jerri Walroth, of Lesage, W.Va., sold their Unit 12-A condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Elizabeth Loop, of Cumming, Ga., for $650,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2011.
