Longboat restaurants extend Savor Sarasota menus

Savor Sarasota may have ended more than a month ago, but two Longboat Key restaurants extended their price-fixed menus in August.

Hours: 4:30 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

Dinner Menu:

First Course (choice of one):

  • Mussels (Cozze) Marinara

With garlic and white wine.

  • Beef Carpaccio

With arugula, capers and parmesan cheese.

  • Mix Green Pear Salad

With bacon, gorgonzola and walnuts.

  • Chicken Liver Paté

With fresh fruit.

  • Soup of the Day

 

Second Course (choice of one):

  • Ravioli of the Day
  • Fish of the Day

Served with vegetables.

  • Linguini with Shrimp

Diavolo style (spicy marinara).

  • Stuffed Chicken Breast

Breaded chicken breast stuffed with Fontina cheese and prosciutto, with mashed potatoes and broccoli.

  • Veal Francese

Flour and egg coated, served with butter lemon sauce and vegetables.

 

Third Course (choice of one):

  • Tiramisu
  • Orange Flavor Cannoli
  • Ice Cream of the Day

Avocado, cucumber, mango, wasabi aioli, sweet soy reduction, crispy wonton chips.

Baked with spinach, bacon, pernod and parmesan cheese.

 

 

Third Course (choice of one):

  • Onion-crusted Baked Atlantic Salmon

Tarragon cream sauce, lemon-scented toasted orzo with rice.

  • Smoked pork terrine

Creamy mustard demi, garlic whipped potatoes.

  • Creole-style Cedar Key Clam Fettuccini

Chorizo sausage, red pepper, celery, tomato, garlic, seasonings, clam broth, cream.
