Longboat Key Towers condo sells for $1.45 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 27 and Oct. 31.

A condominium in Longboat Key Towers tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Anthony and Mabel Esposito, of Sarasota, sold their Unit N-1101 condominium at 603 Longboat Club Road to Eric Van Severen, trustee, of Davenport, Iowa, for $1.45 million. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,420 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.18 million in 2004.

Longbeach Village
Jonathan Tischler, of Waverly, Pa., and Paula Tischler, of Moscow, Pa., sold the Units 23 and 24 condominiums at 7175 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Peter and Jessica Butler, trustees, of Winnetka, Ill., for $967,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,340 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,025,000 in 2007.

Country Club Shores
Barry and Grace Edwards, of Sarasota, sold their home at 541 Birdie Lane to Erland and Irene Hagman, of Ridgefield, Conn., for $718,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,496 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $493,000 in 2000.

Longbeach
Ella Wickersham, of Bradenton, sold her home at 729 Fox St. to Henry and Deborah Stachura, of Burlington, Ky., for $484,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,750 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $40,000 in 1986.

Seaplace
William and Molly Wilson, trustees, of Framingham, Mass., sold the Unit G4-309-C condominium at 1975 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Carl and Robin Rajki, of Tarpon Springs, for $478,000. Built in 1977, it has one bedroom, two baths and 933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,000 in 2012.

Jerry and Jeanne Derrick, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit M1-114-F condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Bruce and Barbara Stapleton, of Rochester Hills, Mich., for $365,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $122,000 in 1996.

Cedars West
MDT Cedars West 205 LLC sold the Unit 205 condominium at 5655 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kevin Earle, of Washington, Ill., for $465,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,316 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2008.

Lido Key
John Ringling Estates

James Schwarzbach, trustees, of Geneva, Ill., sold the home at 343 S. Polk Drive to Donna Nathan and Elizabeth Nathan, of Sarasota, for $1.35 million. Built in 1954, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,930 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2000.

Lido Ambassador
Robert Chico, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 104 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Aimee Caraballo, of Solon, Ohio, for $245,000. Built in 1978, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 2011.

Key Towers South
Thomas Klima, of Ontario, Canada, sold the Unit 12E condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Yvonne Klima, of Ontario, for $225,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $45,000 in 1972.

St. Armands

Kingston Arms

Salvatore and Donna Coppolino, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the Unit 19A condominium at 500 S. Washington Drive to Adam Rudnicki, of Warsaw, Poland, for $270,000. Built in 1963, it has one bedroom, one bath and 770 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 2013.

St. Armands Towers
Sally Lamb, David Thompson, Frederick Fisher and Lawrence Thompson sold their Unit 24 condominium at 101 Benjamin Franklin Drive to James and Laura Turner, trustees, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1988.

Bird Key
Robert and Mary Bartolotta, of Wentzville, Mo., sold their home at 567 Bird Key Drive to Stanley and Jennifer Miska, of Sarasota, for $590,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,414 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2007.
