Sue-Ellen Welfonder, Longboat Key’s resident Scottish romance novelist, just released her latest book, “Seducing a Scottish Bride,” in March. Welfonder also writes paranormal Scottish romance novels under the pen name Allie MacKay, and her next MacKay book, “Some Like it Kilted,” will be released in February 2010.
