The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 3-14.
A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Steven Monahan and Marilynn Monahan, trustees, of Waterford, Mich., sold the home at 13523 Blythefield Terrace to Mel Kent and Janet Kent, trustees, of Toronto, Canada, for $745,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $975,000 in 2003.

Jan Craig of Fairlawn, Ohio, sold her home at 7006 Honeysuckle Trail to Miliana Kelly, trustee, Dallas, for $392,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,139 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $455,000 in 2003.
Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Wells Fargo Bank NA sold the home at 9903 Portside Terrace to Lee and Sheri Horger, Bradenton, for $390,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,089 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $533,500 in June.
Braden Oaks
James and Barbara Carlton, Hernando, sold their home at 4305 62nd St. E. to Jason Cross and Jeffrey Taylor, Bradenton, for $370,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two and one half baths, a pool and 2,281 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 1998.

Mark Eavenson of Edwardsville, Ill., sold his home at 7604 Windward Cove to Pierre and Claudette Hamelin, Bradenton, for $325,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2007.
Heritage Harbour
David Leedham of Dorset, England, sold his home at 415 Grand Preserve Cove to George Vokey Jr., Bradenton, for $272,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,460 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2008.
Mill Creek
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 14512 21st Ave. E. to Bonnie and Luke Romano, Bradenton, for $255,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,914 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $421,000 in 2007.
Desoto Lakes Country Club
Malcolm and Lana Taylor of Dubuque, Iowa, sold their home at 5313 Palm Aire Drive to Jeffrey and Maureen Porto of Wood Dale, Ill., for $245,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,538 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2007.
