Lakewood Ranch C.C. home tops weekly sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 30 and June 3.

Two homes in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch top all transactions in this week’s real estate. Steven Avery, Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 12604 Deacons Place to Dennis and Lindy Feneide for $750,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,855 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $940,000 in 2008.

Gordon Sampson, trustee, sold the home at 7523 Rigby Court to Timothy and Kyle Robertson, Bradenton, for $680,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,533 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 2009.

River Club South
Mark and Joyce Valentine, Bradenton, sold their home at 9708 Royal Calcutta Place to Edwin Accinni, Judith Hatley-Accinni, John Hatley and Jane Hatley of Randolph, N.J., for $550,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,651 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
LWR Country Club West LLC sold the home at 7629 Portstewart Drive to Thomas and Maureen Chesson, Bradenton, for $484,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,282 square feet of living area.

Mill Creek
Michael and Nicole Allen, Bradenton, sold their home at 1618 145th St. E. to Chad and Krista Symens, Bradenton, for $439,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,617 square feet of living area.
Jonathan Mather and Sandra Mather, Sarasota, sold their home at 1147 Mill Run E. to Maria Aguiar, Bradenton, for $257,500. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,326 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 1997.

Greenbrook Village
David and Laurie Katzen, Bradenton, sold their home at 6305 Tanager Cove to James and Kelley Sommer, Lakewood Ranch, for $435,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,142 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2009.

Eric and Karen Wells sold their home at 14924 Bowfin Terrace to Joshua and Nicole Brumenschenkel, Lakewood Ranch, for $300,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $465,000 in 2007.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Regions Bank sold the home at 7574 Camden Harbour Drive to Wolfgang Gross and Anne-Kathrin Keinath of Homburg, Germany, for $313,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $391,000 in 2003.

Glena and Kathleen Rutherford, Bradenton, sold their home at 8910 Stone Harbour Loop to Purmod and Peggy Jain of Peoria, Ill., for $235,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,961 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $356,100 in 2005.
