Lakewood Ranch C.C. home tops sales at $925,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 6-10.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jeffrey and Andrea Bruner, of Wayne, Mich., sold their home at 7119 Teal Creek Glen to Roderick McKenney and Wanda Brown, of Nova Scotia, Canada, for $925,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,640 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,238,000 in 2005.

Eaton Place
Marshall and Helen Bedder of Poulsbro, Wash., sold their home at 6318 Thorndon Circle to Steven and Linda Shell of London, England, for $600,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,041 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,025,000 in 2005.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
William and Alicen Gordon, Bradenton, sold their home at 8010 Panther Ridge Trail to Frank and Diane Stroud, Bradenton, for $565,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,735 square feet of living area.

Gary MacDougall and Jacqueline MacDougall, Bradenton, sold their home at 22575 Morning Glory Circle to James and Tina O’Brien and Thomas O’Brien, Bradenton, for $325,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,859 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Stephen and Mireya Whitaker, of Montgomery, Ky., sold their home at 6465 Indigo Bunting Place to Donald Jenkins II, Lakewood Ranch, for $530,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2009.

Rosedale Highlands
Martin Brown, Bradenton, sold his home at 5220 96th St. E. to James and Melissa Jones, Bradenton, for $465,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $322,500 in 2002.

St. James Park
Peter Zubrin, of Huntington Woods, Mich., sold his home at 6656 St. James Crossing to Juri and Barbara Pill, of Toronto, Canada, for $420,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,563 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2003.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Tibor and Maritza Kerekes, Bradenton, sold their home at 6721 The Masters Ave. to Ann and David Saunders, Bradenton, for $419,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,683 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $615,000 in 2007.

Steven and Patricia Lakner sold their home at 7447 Edenmore St. to First Financial Bank, trustee, for $312,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,186 square feet of living area.
Timothy and Yasmin Mattox, Bradenton, sold their home at 7823 Heritage Classic Court to Cheryl Picken, Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,761 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $221,700 in 1999.

Rye Wilderness Estates
Michael and Stacey Yencik, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 424 169th Court N.E. to Brian and Maria Carter, Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,135 square feet of living area.

The Moorings at Edgewater
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., trustee, sold the unit 202 condominium at 6539 Moorings Point Circle to Robert and Donna Forsyth, Bradenton, for $382,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,155 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $577,100 in 2003.

GreyHawk Landing
Jorgen and Sonja Bocklage, of Rumson, N.J., sold their home at 215 Dove Trail to Richard and Elizabeth Hartley, Bradenton, for $380,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,034 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2007.

Heritage Harbour
Pierce Damewood Jr. and Peggy Oremland, of Broad Run, Va., sold their home at 234 River Enclave Court to Christopher and Linda Abiuso, of Roseville, Calif., for $255,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2008.

Robert and Maureen Cozzi, Bradenton, sold their home at 607 River Crane St. to Glen and Kathleen Rutherford, Bradenton, for $333,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,300 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $392,000 in 2007.

Indigo Ridge at University Place
Collin Haught III and Lora Cashi-Haught, University Park, sold their home at 8116 Tabbystone Place to Peter and Cheryl Carrier, University Park, for $287,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,073 square feet of living area.

Arbor Lakes
William and Susan Barrineau, Sarasota, sold their home at 6907 Stetson St. Circle to Chris and Jill Hendren, Sarasota, for $270,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,326 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $148,200 in 1993.

Summerfield Village
Jack and Martha Macy, of Pineville, N.C., sold their home at 11202 Marigold Drive to Mary Godshalk, of Bethesda, Md., for $260,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,391 square feet of living area.

Savannah Preserve at University Place
Arnold and Jane Myers, Bradenton, sold their unit 8021 condominium at 8021 Tybee Court to Richard and Lynne Johnston, of Noblesville, Ind., for $250,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,664 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2010.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Thierry and Michele Azoulay, of Nanterre, France, sold their home at 9509 Portside Terrace to Timothy and Nicole Parker, Bradenton, for $249,900. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,765 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $326,200 in 2003.

Braden Woods
Benjamin and Jean Perri sold their home at 5917 99th St. E. to E. Renee Inman and Maynard and Joan Inman, Bradenton, for $240,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,166 square feet of living area.

Carlyle at the Villages of Palm-Aire
Bradley Shinavar and Jessica Laiken, of Upperco, Md., sold their home at 5106 Creekside Trail to Jamie Garcia and Wiktor Bania, Sarasota, for $219,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,024 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2005.

Rosedale Golf and Tennis Club
Nancy Scharf, trustee, and Eric Scharf, of Valtariso, Ind., sold the home at 8619 54th Ave. Circle E. to Martin Brown, Bradenton, for $215,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,615 square feet of living area.

Foxbrook
ARC Pool 1 LLC sold the home at 4604 Wolf Ridge Crossing to Earle and Alison Wester, Parrish, for $340,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths and 4,155 square feet of living area.

Regency Oaks Preserve
Daniel and Judith Fisher, of Brevard, N.C., sold their home at 7305 91st St. E. to Nolan and April Maguire, Palatka, for $265,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,317 square feet of living area.

River Wilderness
Robert and Tina Brodersen, Parrish, sold the home at 3417 Wilderness Blvd. E. to Harold and Julia Sturm, Parrish, for $262,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2002.

Ancient Oaks
Craig and Jennifer Little, Parrish, sold their home at 9115 63rd Court E. to Ulf Lundh and Anne Lundh, trustees, Parrish, for $227,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,964 square feet of living area.
