A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Diane Eckhold, trustee, and Barry Eckhold sold the home at 78 N. Polk Drive to Daniel Dykgraaf, of Sarasota, for $2.2 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,231 square feet of living area.

Corey’s Landing

Garry and Katherine Brooks, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3456 Mistletoe Lane to Leonard Berenfield, trustee, of Cincinnati, for $1.45 million. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,773 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 1994.

Bay Isles

Anthony and Patricia Ann Crincoli, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 3388 Bayou Lane to Steven and Patricia Nicola, of Pittsburgh, for $1.3 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,808 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $729,500 in 2012.

Robert and Nancy Koran, of Bethesda, Md., sold their Unit 605 condominium at 1115 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Janice Marshall, trustee, of Rochester, Mich., for $985,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $690,000 in 2011.

Country Club Shores

Ruth and Robert Willis, of Brewerton, N.Y., sold their home at 581 Putting Green Lane to Peter Intermaggio and Denise Roberts, of Bryn Mawr, Pa., for $970,000. Built in 1966, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,813 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2003.

Longboat Key Towers

3701077 Canada Inc. sold the Unit S-503 condominium at 601 Longboat Club Road to Donna Kelleher, of Medway, Mass., for $825,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2000.

Ethel Mae Kreutz Private Foundation sold the Unit 8-D condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Nathan Frederick Farming & Leasing LLC for $770,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2007.

Lido Regency

Michael and Cynthia DiNardo, of Sparta, N.J., sold their Unit 2-C condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to John and Janice Hannah, of Valparaiso, Ind., for $469,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,059 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2007.

William and Mary Howes, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 605 condominium at 605 Bayport Way to Kathy Glick Weil, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $450,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,370 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2014.
