Indian Beach home sells for $3 million

A Bay Shore Road home tops all sales in this week’s real-estate transactions. John and Glynis Murray, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4521 Bay Shore Road to Bank of America NA, trustee, for $3 million. Built in 1929, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,171 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.3 million in 2005.

Fifth Third Bank sold the home at 1436 Ridgewood Lane to Zakaria Ghayalini and Amanda Ghayalini, of Sarasota, for $900,000. Built in 1962, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,851 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.85 million in 2004.

Harbor View on Golden Gate Point
Louis Fisher and Gregory Singleton, of Cobb, Ga., sold their unit 203 condominium at 650 Golden Gate Point to John and Marsha Sidoni, of Saint Marys, Pa., for $595,000. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,837 square feet of living area.

Regency House
Robert Moriarty, trustee, sold the unit 701 condominium at 435 Gulf Stream Ave. to Ross Cibella, of Sarasota, for $380,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,687 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2004.
