Representatives of the Lakewood Ranch Inter-District Authority today will break ground on a new $2.46 million maintenance facility that will serve Lakewood Ranch's resident-controlled community development district's once completed.
A ground-breaking ceremony will be held today at 10 a.m. The project is located off 59th Avenue East, in Lakewood Ranch.
