+ Hospital seeks volunteers
Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is in need of volunteers for its gift shop.
“We’ve been having trouble keeping our hours,” Gift Shop Manager Cheryl Spinelli says. “The gift shop stays open based on volunteers. We need to be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (weekdays).”
Volunteers can take one of two shifts: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or from 12:30 to 4 p.m.
