The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 19 and June 27.

A home in Sorrento Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 411 Vanderkloot Drive to Mark and Lori Mitchell, of Omaha, Neb., for $1.4 million. Built in 1997, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,145 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2000.

SARASOTA
Buccaneer Bay

Full Throttle Properties LLC sold the home at 7350 Captain Kidd Ave. to Anthony and Kareena DiTomaso, of Osprey, for $1,015,000. Built in 1958, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,685 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2013.

Landings
Grant and Danielle Beatt, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5157 Kestral Park Lane to Rajohn and Jill Karanjai, of Sarasota, for $752,000. Built in 1984, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,526 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000 in 2010.

Eagles Point at the Landings
Arthur and Helene Bresser, of Verlbert-Langenberg, Germany, sold their Unit 401 condominium at 5450 Eagles Point Circle to Michael Peikoff and Rosemary Peikoff, trustees, of Sarasota, for $702,500. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,843 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $158,200 in 2005.

Shoreland Woods
Cynthia Wrick, of Braintree, Mass., sold her home at 1743 Spring Creek Drive to Apolinar and Yadira Bernal, of Sarasota, for $615,000. Built in 1949, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,589 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2010.

Avondale
Helen Fountain sold the home at 1957 Lincoln Drive to Lauren Crist, of Sarasota, for $598,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $465,000 in 2001.

Bay’s Bluff
Mary Ewing, of Fort Lauderdale, sold her Unit 608 condominium at 1100 Imperial Drive to Nadeen Miskanin and Ann Hotaling, of Chicago, for $410,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,262 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $268,500 in 2012.

JRK Properties LLC sold the Unit 305 condominium at 1100 Imperial Drive to Daniel and Deborah Yates, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,141 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2000.

Frank and Marion Fitzpatrick, of Sarasota, sold their Unit PH-05 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to John and Dorthea Buckingham, of Southport, N.C., for $408,500. Built in 2001, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,025 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2003.

Schwanke Family Realty LLC sold the Unit 91 condominium at 5400 Ocean Blvd. to Peter Biffis, Dino Biffis, Sylvia Biffis and Rocco Lombardi, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, for $1 million. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,437 square feet of living area.

Gianluigi and Adrienne Vittadini, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1377-F condominium at 1377 Siesta Bayside Drive to Paul and Patricia Galioto, of Rehoboth Beach, Del., for $800,000. Equity Trust Co. and Angelo Ingorvaia as manager of Gulfcoast Property Investments LLC sold the home at 951 Contento St. to Paul Hudson, of Sarasota, for $800,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,377 square feet of living area.

Midnight Cove
Carol Rini, trustee, of Westlake, Ohio, sold the Unit 462 condominium at 6342 Midnight Pass Road to Frank and Janet Strutt, of Sarasota, for $775,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,441 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $347,500 in 1998.

Sara Sands
Benjamin and Amy Harrison, of Reston, Va., sold their home at 5115 Windward Ave. to Erik Nyberg, of Sarasota, for $636,500. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,394 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2002.

Lynn McFadden, of Mount Holly, Va., sold the Unit 107 condominium at 5920 Midnight Pass Road to Brandon and Brittany Atkins, of Cincinnati, for $545,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $151,500 in 1990.

Judith Robson, of Geneva, Ohio, sold her home at 1224 S. View Drive to Lauren Cody and Carl Kallen, of Oslo, Norway, for $535,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,823 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2001.

Midnight Cove II
Stephen Kesler sold the Unit 954 condominium at 1100 Midnight Cove II Place to Bloxham Leisure Properties LLC for $479,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2012.

Anchorage Yacht and Tennis Club
Diane Marshall, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 211 condominium at 6415 Midnight Pass Road to Larry Willets and Judith Rosenblum, trustees, of Sarasota, for $429,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1995.

Catherine Panuccio, of Pen Argyl, Pa., sold the Unit A-703 condominium at 1001 Beach Road to Frank and Diane Conforti, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2000.

Antonius and Wilhelmina Wiegman, of Zandvoort, Netherlands, sold their Unit A-201 condominium at 1001 Beach Road to Carol Fallon, of Framingham, Mass., for $310,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1991.

Jean Rizzuti, of Sarasota, sold her Unit N-2 condominium at 4660 Ocean Blvd. to Charles and Kerry Connors, of Framingham, Mass., for $400,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $50,000 in 1973.

Tortuga Beach
Paul and Carol Cooke, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 101 condominium at 8750 Midnight Pass Road to Anthony Bedalov II, trustee, of Schaumburg, Ill., for $382,500. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,012 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1988.

Robert Reeder and Betty Battle, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 204-A condominium at 8701 Midnight Pass Road to Joel and Juanita Grosch, of Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2003.

Dawn Thomas, of Sarasota, sold her home at 735 Birdsong Lane to Dale deFreitas and Francesca Drago, of Ontario, Canada, for $350,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2005.

Herman Wellbrock and Janis Wellbrock, trustees, of Sarasota, sold their Unit D-12 condominium at 6157 Midnight Pass Road to Deborah Weber, of Parlin, N.J., for $335,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2005.

Harbor Towers Yacht and Racquet Club
Robert and Laure Closser sold their Unit GP-16 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Mark Thompson, of Sarasota, for $280,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $147,500 in 1995.

Sunrise Cove
Vincent Lanuza, of Silverthorne, Colo., sold his Unit 312 condominium at 8911 Midnight Pass Road to Robert Morris, of Mount Vernon, Ind., for $240,000. Built in 1973, it has one bedroom, one bath and 783 square feet of living area.

Richard and Marilyn Quinn, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4826 Sweetmeadow Circle to William and Susan Letson, of Sarasota, for $530,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,968 square feet of living area.

Roger Hammond and Debra Cooper, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4915 Avon Lane to James Dwyer III, of Sarasota, for $320,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,730 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $389,000 in 2005.

Marilyn Sylvestre sold her home at 5918 Guarino Drive to Denis and Marilyn Lowry, of Sarasota, for $290,000. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,549 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,500 in 2011.

Ralph and Dana Pontillo sold their home at 1500 Burgos Drive to Thomas and Simone Gaulke, of Hamburg, Germany, for $267,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,672 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $162,000 in 2011.

Michael and Kathy Dyer sold their Unit 207 condominium at 7177 Prosperity Circle to Richard and Irene Wyner, of Stockbridge, Mass., for $239,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,638 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,100 in 2004.

William Bailey and Susan Bailey, of Dayton, Ohio, sold their home at 319 Passage Way to Frederick Taylor, of Osprey, for $400,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,995 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,000 in 2008.

Arlie Bethune, of Venice, sold her home at 2176 Muskogee Trail to Philip and Elizabeth Petherbridge, of Soutbury, Conn., for $420,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,636 square feet of living area.

Sorrento Woods
Gary and Susan Weishaar, of Nokomis, sold their home at 1087 Ruisdael Circle to Thomas Silva and Jeanette Coffman, of Nokomis, for $275,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,901 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $174,000 in 1997.

Andrew Etchebarren, of Santee, S.C., sold his home at 1488 Vermeer Drive to Allen and Kathryn Sutton, of Re Bank, N.J., for $270,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,300 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $181,000 in 1996.
