A home in Siesta Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Freeman and Jane Epes, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4801 Higel Ave. to Richard Rothmund and Dianne Bambeck, of Cincinnati, for $1,200,100. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,064 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $540,000 in 1993.

Coral Cove
Cecilia Ngo, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1525 Caribbean Drive to Adam and Justine Amdur, of Sarasota, for $1.15 million. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,915 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 1992.

Desota Park
Michael Connelly and Mary Mahoney, of Buffalo, N.Y., sold their home at 1930 Datura St. to Marilyn Bezner, trustee, of Sarasota, for $910,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,064 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $760,000 in 2004.

Michell Yadven, trustee, of Bradenton, and Erica Yadven, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the Unit 1503 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Joseph Abraham and Cheryl Abraham, trustees, for $800,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 1989.

Frank Salvo, of Tampa, sold his Unit 302 condominium at 650 Golden Gate Point to Kenneth and Susan Beck, of Sarasota, for $800,000. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,949 square feet of living area.

Harold Michaels sold his Unit 6 condominium at 912 Blvd. of the Arts to Rodney Knutson and Nancy Snell, of Aspen, Colo., for $750,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $875,000 in 2002.

William and Vivienne Lambrecht, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1714 S. Lake Shore Drive to Duncan and Anne Yull, of Sarasota, for $656,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,659 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $168,000 in 1979.

The Landings
Stephanie Church sold her home at 1702 Pine Harrier Circle to Richard Epstein, of Owings Mills, Md., for $625,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,609 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2005.

Sunstate Financial Resources Inc. sold the home at 2721 Hibiscus St. to Tony and Jaime Stopperan, of Sarasota, for $229,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,454 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2005.

Villandry Properties LLC sold the home at 4539 Leeta Lane to Ryan Frymire and Ann Zeilman, of Osprey, for $315,000. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,187 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2005.

Broadway Promenade
Stanley Axelrod and Susan Cohen, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1223 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to Shirley Martin-Scullion, of Longboat Key, for $288,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,475 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $239,000 in 2009.

Joseph and Kathleen Noonan sold their home at 2863 Post Road to Leslie Gray, of Sarasota, for $201,500. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1994.

Dominic and Stacey Cotugno sold their home at 7236 Pine Needle Road to Geoffrey Parkinson and Andrea Fraleigh, trustees, of Greenwich, Conn., for $1.05 million. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,159 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2011.

Casarina
Gregory Huff, James Huff and Sharon Debruler, of Hamilton, Ind., sold their Unit 411 condominium at 5880 Midnight Pass Road to Larry and Susan Wills and Eldin Rector, of Upper Arlington, Ohio, for $815,000. Lynn and Judith Hutton, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1205 Sea Plume Way to Patrick and Debra Healy, of Sarasota, for $505,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,705 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2003.
