Home in Royal Palm Harbor sells for $710,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 1 and Oct. 5.

A home in Royal Palm Harbor tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Citimortgage Inc. sold the home at 1216 Northport Drive to Peter and Agnes Kovacs, of Sarasota, for $710,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,478 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $990,000 in April.

Siesta Dunes Beach
Josephine Winge, trustee, of Peabody, Mass., sold the Unit 208 condominium at 6208 Midnight Pass Road to Robert and Michelle Willig, of Oakland Township, Mich., for $640,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $179,000 in 1988.

Sara Sands
Michael Maguire sold his home at 5132 Sandy Shore Ave. to John and Margaret Haggstrom, of Baltimore, for $550,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,859 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $847,000 in 2005.

Horizons West
Stephen and Carol Schwalbe, of Cincinnati, sold their Unit F-10 condominium at 6145 Midnight Pass Road to Harold and Jacqueline Keller, of E. Aurora, N.Y., for $525,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,212 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $342,000 in 2002.

Gulf and Bay Club
Thomas and Barbara Ricci, trustees, sold the Unit 109 condominium at 5790 Midnight Pass Road to Mark Leadlove and Tara Ricci, trustees, of St. Louis, for $513,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 1989.

Sandy Cove
Maryanne Harmsen, of Greenwich, R.I., sold her Unit 10-1E condominium at 22 Sandy Cove Road to Louis and Shari Ulrich, of Elizabethtown, Pa., for $425,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,734 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1996.

Fisherman’s Cove
Carrie Caudill, of Sarasota, sold her Unit A-204 condominium at 8900 Blind Pass Road to Joseph and Deborah Keller, of Monmouth, N.J., for $330,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $670,000 in 2005.

Harbor Towers Yacht and Racquet Club
Richard Trumpler, of New York, sold his Unit GP-19 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Richard and Elizabeth Siegel, of Sarasota, for $335,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,404 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2007.

Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club
R&P Middletown Properties LLC sold the Unit 105 condominium at 5912 Midnight Pass Road to Eric and Jennifer Schonhoff, of Ramsey, N.J., for $315,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $417,000 in 2007.

Palm Bay Club of Sarasota
Barth Snyder and Laura Snyder, trustees, of Xenia, Ohio, sold the Unit 311 condominium at 5961 Midnight Pass Road to Thomas Yoder and Judy Weaver-Yoder, of Elkhart, Ind., for $290,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,000 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $69,600 in 1980.

Siesta Shores
424 Siesta Key LLC sold the Units 13-A and 13-B condominiums at 424 Canal Road to Fawn Lane Properties LLC for $290,000. Built in 1955, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,832 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2004.
