The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 7 and April 11.

A home in Point of Rocks tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James Abrams, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7101 Point of Rocks Circle to Rosalie Wooten, trustee, of Springfield, Mo., for $3 million. Built in 1940, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,764 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $882,500 in 1997.

The Phoenix

Patrick Maloney and Diana Maloney, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 202 condominium at 136 Golden Gate Point to Reese Milner II, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1,741,200. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 3,785 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.6 million in 2008.

Lincoln Park on Hudson Bayou
Stuart and Catherine Martin, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1752 Lincoln Park Circle to Mark and Rosemarie Halloran, of Long Valley, N.J., for $1,295,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,141 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2003.

Plaza at Five Points
Mark and Leslie Laven, of Loudonville, N.Y., sold their Unit 14D condominium at 50 Central Ave. to Gary Loveday and Melody Justice, of Atlanta, for $920,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,697 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $867,000 in 2008.

Grove Heights
Michael Rissman Jr., of St. Petersburg, sold his home at 1884 Grove St. to Bonner and Kimberli Chance, of Sarasota, for $715,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,560 square feet of living area.

Bay Plaza
Ilse Mack, trustee, sold the Unit 9F condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Gerald Werfel and Nancy Jo Newcomb, of Arlington, Va., for $705,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,654 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $178,000 in 1989.

Seminole Heights
Ashok Sastry and Shree Shah, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1618 Loma Linda St. to Rose Mancuso, of Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,495 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2007.

Lawrence Pointe
Anita Peters, of New Canaan, Conn., sold her Unit 201 condominium at 99 Sunset Drive to Wendy Stuart, trustee, of East Orleans, Mass., for $575,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,724 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1988.

Castel Del Mare
Carolyn Kraft, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the condominium Units 407 and 408 at 1608 Stickney Point Road to Glenn and Christine Fortin, of Marshfield, Mass., for $445,000. Both were built in 1975. One has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,063 square feet of living area. The other has one bedroom, one bath and 735 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $55,000 in 1980.

Siesta Cove

Roy and Janice Dean, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5322 Siesta Cove Drive to Anthony and Bonnie Farello, of West Hills, N.Y., for $1.25 million. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,598 square feet of living area.

Harmony
Robinson and Irene Fearon, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 332 Treasure Boat Way to Frank Barbella and Lorraine Amato, of Lake Harmony, Pa., for $1.2 million. Built in 1958, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,466 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2010.

Turtle Bay
Jack Kuhn, trustee, of Bonita Springs, sold the Unit 601-B condominium at 8735 Midnight Pass Road to Kimberly Albright and James Dow, of Larchmont, N.Y., for $800,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,972 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $812,500 in 2005.

Revised Siesta
Heidi Connor, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3360 Higel Ave. to Nancy DeLong, trustee, of Sarasota, for $505,500. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,748 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $72,600 in 2003.

Siesta Manor
Philip and Deborah Russek sold their home at 347 Avenida Milano to Daniel and Lynnette Watnem, of Sarasota, for $485,100. Built in 1959, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,619 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 1996.

Siesta Dunes Beach
Fred and Susan Miller, of Ocean City, N.J., sold their Unit 300 condominium at 6236 Midnight Pass Road to Dunes of Siesta Beach LLC for $450,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $447,500 in 2010.

The Anchorage Yacht and Tennis Club
Lutz Hoffmann, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 508 condominium at 6415 Midnight Pass Road to Mary Hackman, trustee, of Sarasota, for $342,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,287 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2003.
