The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 16 and June 18.

A home in Mira Mar tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Paul and Sandra Strom, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8037 Midnight Pass Road to John and Mary Held, of Niskayuna, N.Y., for $1.64 million. Built in 1927, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,061 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.84 million in 2004.

SARASOTA
The Residences

John Romanow, of Stamford, Conn., sold his Unit 1207 condominium at 1111 Ritz-Carlton Drive to Patrick and Cynthia O’Hara, of Malvern, Pa., for $1.12 million. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,104 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2005.

Lawrence Pointe
John Shea, trustee, sold the Unit 401 condominium at 97 Sunset Drive to Paul and Karen Nassab, of Parkville, Mo., for $950,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,596 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $294,000 in 1994.

Alinari
Gordon and Suzanne Stoltzner, of Englewood, sold their Unit 1708 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Donald Joseph and Teresa Joseph, trustees, of Sarasota, for $765,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,624 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $710,000 in 2009.

Bungalow Hill
Peter and Nancy Policastro sold their home at 968 Citrus Ave. to Daniel Brown, of Sarasota, for $625,000. Built in 1920, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,247 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $477,000 in 2002.

Pomelo Place
Robin and Terri Speidel sold their home at 1215 Pomelo Ave. to Robert and Julie Henry, of Acworth, Ga., for $605,000. Built in 1926, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,239 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1991.

The Villas on Laurel
Janet McLaughlin, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 9 condominium at 1685 Laurel St. to Sheree Wisinger, of Dublin, Ohio, for $550,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,914 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $660,400 in 2005.

Florence
Arnold and Juliette Taylor, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5812 Wildwood Ave. to Grant Jennings, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,147 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1998.

Gulf Gate East
Constantine and Emily Masotto, of Middle Island, N.Y., sold their home at 3859 Easton St. to Susan Carter, of Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,967 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 2009.

Betsy Gertz, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3609 Kingston Blvd. to Clarence Griffin, trustee, of Sarasota, for $300,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,822 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $263,500 in 2012.

Achieva Credit Union sold the home at 3695 Kingston Blvd. to Tracy de Chevron Villette, of Sarasota, for $241,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,106 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,100 in March.

Gulf Gate Woods
Joseph and Jeanette Sanchez, of Placitas, N.M., sold their home at 2936 Tuckerstown Drive to Natalie Kluska, of Punta Gorda, for $300,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,701 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $378,000 in 2005.

Regency House
Timothy Hunt, of Bradenton, sold his Unit 1007 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Minh Van Bui and Kieu Thi My Nguyen, of Sarasota, for $285,000. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,081 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 2010.

Gulf Gate
Ira and Peggy Chupp, of Fort Worth, Texas, sold their home at 2852 Gulf Gate Drive to Timothy and Julie Doran, of Hudson, Wis., for $258,000. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 2011.

Peter Douglas, of Sarasota, sold his home at 2739 Silver King Way to Kelly Joerger, of Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $119,100 in 2013.

David Gubler and Ellie Foster, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 409 condominium at 5790 Midnight Pass Road to Susan Treibly, trustee, of Sarasota, for $708,600. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2011.

Village West
Susan Kwap and Ann Masi, of Rye Brook, N.Y., sold their Unit 114 condominium at 5236 Avenida Navarra to Spitfire 53 LLC for $500,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 960 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $132,400 in 2006.

Sea Village
Marianne Sullivan sold the Unit G-1 condominium at 4660 Ocean Blvd. to Edward and Deborah Rickert, of Wildwood, Mo., for $435,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2013.

Island Reef
Randy and Margaret Boring, trustees, sold the Unit 301-H condominium at 8779 Midnight Pass Road to Nyleen Schmidt, of Pond Du Lac, Wis., for $417,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,303 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $452,000 in 2008.

Sea Winds
Sea Winds 205 LLC sold the Unit 205 condominium at 6703 Midnight Pass Road to Geno and Jill Pedigo, of Fort Lauderdale, for $257,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 964 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 2008.

Ebb Tide
Sapri LLC sold the Units 5 and 6 condominiums at 6610 Midnight Pass Road to Phillip and Donni Steele, of Lake Orion, Mich., for $210,000. Built in 1956, it has one bedroom, two baths and 434 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 2012.

Kathleen Haldeman, of Haymarket, Va., sold her home at 6087 Benevento Drive to Alexander and Tatyana Fisch, of Sarasota, for $296,000. Built in 2010, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,549 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $257,400 in 2010.

Marbella
Queta Schaefer, of Van Nuys, Calif., sold her home at 6710 Paseo Castille to Leo Jimenez, trustee, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,233 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 1999.

OSPREY

Peter and Irmhid Christian, of Osprey, sold their home at 200 Yacht Harbor Drive to Sydney Good, trustee, of Osprey, for $625,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $710,000 in 2004.
