A home on Lido Key sells for $6.35 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 26 and Jan. 4.

A home on Lido Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sam Norton, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1219 Westway Drive to Scott Ramsey, trustee, of Sarasota, for $6.35 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a pool and 7,415 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $13,219,000 in 2003.

LONGBOAT KEY
Queen’s Harbor
Charles and Judith Sabutis, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3636 Fair Oaks Place to Robert and Esther Heller, of Longboat Key, for $1.7 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,085 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $920,000 in 1998.

Bay Isles
Jeffrey Krinsk and Sara Krinsk, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3386 Bayou Lane to Stephen and Rhonda Ellisor, of Longboat Key, for $737,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,340 square feet of living area.

Winding Oaks
Jans Naumann, of Albany, N.Y., sold the Unit 2 condominium at 3403 Winding Oaks Drive to Charles and Judith Sabutis, of Longboat Key, for $565,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,679 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 2000.

Seaplace
Orlando Cicilioni Jr., trustee, of Winter Park, sold the Unit M1-112J condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Casa Bella Vacino Al Mare LLC for $448,500. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $372,500 in 2006.

Pelican Harbour and Beach Club
Allen Meis, of Cincinnati, sold the Unit O-2 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jerry and Sally Cambra, of Sutter Creek, Calif., for $428,900. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,636 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $452,000 in 2002.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Willard Boynton, of Weston, Conn., sold his home at 674 Norton St. to Andrea Okun and Andrew Callahan, of Cincinnati, for $412,500. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $437,500 in 2002.

Fairway Bay
Christopher and Gail Thomas, of Washington Crossing, Pa., sold their Unit 235 condominium at 1932 Harbourside Drive to Kevin Fitzgibbons and Martha Harper, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $395,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 1996.

Casa del Mar
Roger and Judy Goldstein and Susan Schulman, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 5-A condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Glenridge Park Investments of Florida LLC for $270,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 1996.

The Diplomat
Diplomat Properties of Sarasota sold the Unit 262 condominium at 3155 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard and Janice Daly, of Rochester, Minn., for $235,000. Built in 1960, it has one bedroom, one bath and 680 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $121,900 in 1996.

LIDO KEY
The Beach Residences
Nicholas and Theresa Barna sold their Unit 1004 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Timothy and Virginia McKenna, of Sarasota, for $2.55 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,550 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,731,800 in 2009.

Lido C
Stuart Silverman and Robert Silverman, trustees, of Brookline, Mass., sold the home at 1340 John Ringling Parkway to Richard and Lynn Hackel, of Sarasota, for $1,535,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,862 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 1990.

John Ringling Estates
Palatial Destinations LLC sold the home at 267 Benjamin Franklin Drive to James Abrams, of Sarasota, for $1,399,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,048 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.35 million in 2005.

Lido Beach
Edward and Bernice Van Giezen, of Orleans, Mass., sold their home at 373 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Steven Hanson, of Longboat Key, for $610,000. Built in 1954, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,469 square feet of living area.

BIRD KEY
Sally Kessler, of Sarasota, sold her home at 320 W. Royal Flamingo Drive to Matthew Price, of Sarasota, for $1.46 million. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,042 square feet of living area.

Matthew and Sharon Price, of Sarasota, sold their home at 420 Partridge Circle to Richard and Am Price, of Goodison, Mich., for $650,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,549 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2010.
