The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 3 and Nov. 7.

A home in The Landings tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John Alogna and Carol Cotner, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1654 Landings Blvd. to John Stevens, of Sarasota, for $1.8 million. Built in 1989, it has five bedrooms, six baths, two half-baths, a pool and 6,537 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,225,000 in 2013.

SARASOTA
Indian Beach

Barnett Brooks and Caroline Popper sold their home at 3825 Indian Beach Lane to Andrew Attardo, of Davidson, N.C., for $1.25 million. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $799,000 in 1999.

Sapphire Shores
Colin Nicol, of Palmetto, sold the home at 325 S. Shore Drive to Bank of America, trustee, for $1,237,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,655 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2008.

Kanaya
State Central Bank sold the Unit 1401 condominium at 505 S. Orange Ave. to Ellen Waichman, of Sarasota, for $1.17 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 3,003 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3 million in 2011.

Bayview Heights Addition
Tara Albrecht, of Taylorsville, N.C., sold her home at 1773 Bayview Drive to Kenneth and Sabrina Meredith, of Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,690 square feet of living area.

Floyd and Cameron’s
Celesta and Rebecca Tharpe sold two properties at 1848 Loma Linda St. to Michael Verble, of Sarasota, for $920,000. The first, built in 2010, has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,956 square feet of living area. The second, built in 2010, has one bedroom, one bath and 528 square feet of living area.

Desota Park
Becca Properties LLC sold the home at 1913 Datura St. to Dockside Homes LLC for $855,000. Built in 1930, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,510 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $751,100 in 2013.

Sarasota
Kathleen Zimmerman Hayes, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1434 Ladue Lane to James and Minta Getzen, of Sarasota, for $840,000. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,466 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 2001.

Weber
James and Anne Toale, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2028 Alameda Ave. to Peter and Doreen Faccibene, of Port Washington, N.Y., for $715,000. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,079 square feet of living area.

James Burgin and Lynda Burgin-Vahl, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1016 Caloosa Drive to Mason Tush III, of Sarasota, for $410,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, one bath, one half-bath, a pool and 1,822 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in January.

Royal St. Andrew
Glenn and Luz Latimer sold their Unit 1503 condominium at 555 S. Gulfstream Ave. to S&K LLC for $680,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $637,500 in 2012.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 906 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Kathleen Griffin, of Sarasota, for $616,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $464,500 in 2000.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 408 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Sam Sears and Rachel Ferrell, of Sarasota, for $475,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2004.

Embassy House
Michael Markovitz and Nellie Markovitz, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1604 condominium at 770 S. Palm Ave. to Gerald Moody, trustee, of Sarasota, for $605,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,408 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 1999.

One Watergate
Mary and Frank Tona, of Plymouth, Mass., sold their Unit 3-C condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Robyn Levin, of Sarasota, for $482,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,736 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2011.

Johnson Estates
Susan Byron, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1515 Pine Bay Drive to Allen and Christine Ottoson, of Sarasota, for $480,000. Built in 1959, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,134 square feet of living area.

Terra Bea
Suncastle Properties LLC sold the home at 5508 Dinah Lane to Todd Truman and Becky Mason, of South Paris, Maine, for $451,200. Built in 1972, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,466 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in August.

Badger Heights
Gloria Brown, of Dunwoody, Ga., sold her home at 1871 Loma Linda St. to Celesta and Rebecca Tharpe, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,792 square feet of living area.

Rivo at Ringling
Ronald Dunlap and Sue Dunlap, trustees, sold the Unit 612 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Burt and Nancy Piken, of Sarasota, for $445,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,483 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $386,500 in 2006.

David and Barbara Lambert, of Downers Grove, Ill., sold their Unit 711 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Kayomarz Noble, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, for $443,500. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,483 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,900 in 2006.

Town of Sarasota
Robert Watrous, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 1652 Oak St. to Michael Donato, of Sarasota, for $425,000. The first, built in 1925, has two bedrooms, one bath and 927 square feet of living area. The second, built in 1925, has two bedrooms, one bath and 786 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $537,500 in 2004.

Washington Park
Pamela Diamond, of Sarasota, sold her home at 626 Columbia Court to RD Columbia Court LLC for $400,000. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,811 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $328,300 in 2004.

Huntington Pointe
Eugene and Martha Hetman, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 4165 Hearthstone Drive to Kay Brown, of Wilton, Conn., for $375,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,348 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 1998.

Phillippi Landings
Donald and Trinda Thompson, of Frisco, Colo., sold their Unit 405 condominium at 1921 Monte Carlo Drive to Barry Loop and Laurel Loop, trustees, of Riverside, Calif., for $350,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $686,400 in 2006.

Pelican Cove
Mary Woodworth, trustee, sold the Unit 210 condominium at 1603 Bayhouse Point Drive to Madeline Kleiner and Scott Wurcer, of Sarasota, for $300,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,770 square feet of living area.

Forest Lakes Country Club Estates
Ten Eyck and Keegan Inc. sold the home at 3256 Pine Valley Drive to Mary Thornhill, of Sarasota, for $312,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,791 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2013.

Central Park
Benjamin Cowley, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 201 condominium at 835 Osprey Ave. to Michael Brizie, of Sarasota, for $285,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 2011.

Gulf Gate Woods
James and Carolyn Deering, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7411 Dickens Drive to Robert and Mary Tweedie, of Sarasota, for $265,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,256 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 2007.

Homecroft
Mary Geigley, trustee, of Sturgis, Mich., sold the home at 1417 Hines Ave. to David and Gladys Beachy, of Millersburg, Ohio, for $260,000. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $23,000 in 1978.

Colonial Terrace
Thomas Newman sold his home at 2928 Concord St. to Mallory Ramsey and Lee Tufte, of Sarasota, for $238,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 2001.

South Gate
James and Jennifer Brunke, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2616 Rose St. to Ann Clifford McGough LLC for $230,000. Built in 1960, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,165 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $38,500 in 1998.

ICIC III LLC sold the home at 2933 Rosewood Place to Christy Walker, of Sarasota, for $219,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,511 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $83,000 in 1988.

Erika Heinz and Rachel Dulin sold two properties at 2427 Foster Lane to Erik and Jennifer Heinz, of Sarasota, for $210,000. The first, built in 1963, has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,343 square feet of living area. The second, built in 2009, has one bedroom, one bath and 240 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $799,000 in 2005.

Purtz
Peter and Beth Eady, of Wilmington, N.C., sold their home at 2144 Hyde Park Circle to N. Kelly and Cornelia Gray, of Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,387 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $173,000 in 2010.

Sapphire Heights
Anna Thorson, of Sarasota, sold her home at 4920 Eastchester Drive to Sandra Edwards, of Sarasota, for $215,000. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,668 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $38,500 in 1998.

Westlake Estates
TRAM sold the home at 5438 Creeping Hammock Way to Benjamin and Cara Hunter, of Sarasota, for $200,500. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,502 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $188,000 in 2010.

Paula Miller and James Doyle, of Sarasota, sold their home at 545 Freeling Drive to Richard Lyons, of Chicago, for $1,525,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,259 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.16 million in 2001.

Island House
Mary Hock, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 4-N condominium at 6144 Midnight Pass Road to Fred and Karen Koyen, of Sarasota, for $825,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.25 million in 2005.

Richard and Charlotte Klapheke, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 703 condominium at 5780 Midnight Pass Road to Ryan and Lettie Huyghe, of New Albany, Ohio, for $679,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,000 in 1998.

Catherine Webb, trustee, of Bonneville, Idaho, sold the Unit 44-B condominium at 125 Vista Hermosa Circle to Joseph Vezza, Cooperstown, N.Y., for $250,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $28,000 in 1972.

George Agnelli Jr., of Hartford, Conn., sold his Unit 203 condominium at 6703 Midnight Pass Road to Jeremy Flynn, of Sarasota, for $249,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 964 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,600 in 2010.

Natalie Sessa sold the home at 5174 Cote Du Rhone Way to Anthony and Angele Jabre, of Sarasota, for $495,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,255 square feet of living area.

Hans Johnsson and Mick Johnsson, of Taby Sweden, sold their home at 8724 Pebble Creek Lane to Joseph and Antoinette McCollum, of Sarasota, for $330,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,267 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2000.

William and Lois Busekrus, trustees, of Troy, Ill., sold the home at 5196 Highbury Circle to Barbara Ingalls, of Sarasota, for $280,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,756 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $197,600 in 2001.

Maxmad Investments Inc. sold the Unit 1516 condominium at 9550 High Gate Drive to Jay Russell, of Marlborough, Mass., for $255,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,661 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,600 in 2011.

Villas at Deer Creek
May Huber and Robert Mays, of Dayton, Ohio, sold their home at 4635 Deer Trail Blvd. to Kevin McCadden, of Tonawanda, N.Y., for $240,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,001 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $198,000 in 1991.

Harriet Guber sold her home at 495 Oak Point Road to John Perry II and Nancy Rosema, of Grand Rapids, Mich., for $395,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 3,155 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 1998.

Shotgun Lane
Raoul Pepin and Keith Dalen, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the two properties at 500 Shotgun Lane to Browder Foods LLC for $320,000. The first, built in 1950, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,356 square feet of living area. The second, built in 1978, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,066 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1995.

H.B. Grigsby and Adelaide Grigsby, of Mooresville, N.C., sold their home at 2112 Muskogee Trail to Thomas and Marcellyn Ryder, of Nokomis, for $465,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,479 square feet of living area.

Sorrento East
Juergen Stahl sold the home at 409 Signorelli Drive to Jacqueline Christopher and Vera Christopher, of Sarasota, for $294,700. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,862 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 2013.
