The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 18 and Feb. 22.

A home in Lake Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. ARH Models LLC sold the home at 16018 Topsail Terrace to Stephen Switlyk, of Longboat Key, for $1,217,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,834 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
David and Joan Bour, of Orlando, sold their home at 13704 Red Rock Place to Bryon Olive and Kirsten Petraitis, of Ontario, Canada, for $900,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,748 square feet of living area.

Sally Ling, of Englewood Cliffs, N.J., sold her home at 7245 Lake Forest Glen to David Deona and Brenda Crawford, of Bradley Beach, N.J., for $527,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,670 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $855,000 in 2006.

Jack and Vicki DeLeon, of Chapel Hill, N.C., sold their home at 7326 Edenmore St. to William and Susan Laramee, of South Windsor, Conn., for $400,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,211 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $433,100 in 2010.

Martin and Cheryl Stevenson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7224 Presidio Glen to Robert and Anne Shaw, of Center Harbor, N.H., for $370,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,161 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $354,000 in 2011.

Howard and Robyn Drourr, of Bradenton, sold their home at 917 Maritime Court to Robert Hartung and Miriam Martin, of Bradenton, for $700,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,104 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $582,700 in 2003.
