The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 1 and April 5.

A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Priscilla Doulton, trustee, sold the home at 112 N. Washington Drive to NAH LLC for $4.25 million. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 6,125 square feet of living area.

R. Brent and Marisol Proctor, of Sarasota, sold their home at 729 Tyler Drive to Alan and Alison Kersey, of Sarasota, for $2.46 million. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,144 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.6 million in 2011.

Country Club Shores
Kent and Jean Williams, of Sarasota, sold their home at 536 Outrigger Lane to Barbara Squeri, trustee, of Cincinnati, for $1.85 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,231 square feet of living area. It previously sold for
$2.1 million in 2008.

The Water Club at Longboat Key
Marilyn Bezner, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 503 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Douglas and Hilory Seaton, of Edina, Minn., for $1.5 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,045 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $644,800 in 1996.

Douglas and Hilory Seaton, of Edina, Minn., sold their Unit 305 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Sharon Bonsall, of Bloomfield, Mich., for $1.25 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,650 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2010.

Grand Bay
Betty Gadaleto, trustee, of E. Lansing, Mich., sold the Unit 446 condominium at 3010 Grand Bay Blvd. to John and Pamela Crowe, of Southborough, Mass., for $1.32 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,625,000 in 2005.

Terrance and Valerie Osborne, of Kent, United Kingdom, sold their Unit 122 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Anthony and Catherine Buckingham, of Kent, United Kingdom, for $925,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2005.

Fairway Bay
Thomas and Cheryl Walker, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 645 condominium at 2120 Harbourside Drive to G. Thomas Luscombe and Jane Luscombe, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $1,195,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,632 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.25 million in 2001.
Julius Nicolai, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 2002 condominium at 2010 Harbourside Drive to Stephen Nicolai, of Hoboken, N.J., for $300,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1989.

Queens Harbour
Queens Harbor Rental LLC sold the home at 3559 Fair Oaks Lane to Terence and Valerie Osborne, of Kent, United Kingdom, for $1.05 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,251 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $512,400 in 1996.

Sanctuary II at Longboat Key Club
Joseph and Clare Welch, of Plymouth, Mich., sold their Unit A-103 condominium at 565 Sanctuary Drive to Neel and Caroline Shah, of Atlanta, for $680,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 1990.

Land’s End
Andrew and Catherine Fetzek, of Baltimore, sold their Unit 4 condominium at 680 Land’s End Drive to Charles and Helena Rozier, of Westport, Conn., for $668,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,803 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $587,500 in 2003.

Longbeach on Longboat Key
Pauline Ney, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 6940 Longboat Drive S. to Russell Pope, of Bradenton, for $575,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,320 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $615,000 in 2003.

Whitney Beach
Kenneth Sustin, trustee, sold the Units 313 and 314 condominiums at 6701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to USTFG LLC for $575,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,512 square feet of living area.

Westchester
Michael and Pearlie Burnette, of Tampa, sold their Unit 203 condominium at 4835 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jan Nyquist, of Lincoln, Mass., for $440,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $172,500 in 1987.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Yenda Stern, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 813 condominium at 813 Bayport Way to Martin and Carol Kobak, of Bryn Mawr, Pa., for $425,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,601 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $149,000 in 1991.

Seaplace
Thomas Suttmiller and Laurel Suttmiller, trustees, sold the Unit G6-207-A condominium at 1955 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sheila Gerling and David Eiss, of Rochester, N.Y., for $425,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2006.

Paul Curley and Debra O’Rourke sold their Unit M1-401-H condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mary Winterich, of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, for $300,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1987.

Longboat Harbour Towers
Michael Hyatt, trustee, of Harrison, N.Y., sold the Unit 204 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Agnes Peterson, of Stamford, Conn., for $350,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,314 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $105,000 in 1979.

Sand Cay
Mark and Donna Krauss sold their Unit 206 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Holger and Anja Auernhammer, of Zindorf, Germany, for $349,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,071 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2012.

Casa Del Mar
Arthur and Carole Fusco, of Westlake, Ohio, sold their Unit 6 condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to DLK Investments Inc. for $325,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 756 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $232,000 in 1998.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Jay and Sue Spiker, of Fishers, Ind., sold their Unit 194 condominium at 724 El Centro to Stephen Densberger and Linda Jacoby, of Longboat Key, for $230,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,353 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $95,000 in 1994.

BIRD KEY
Carol Jordan, trustee, sold the home at 406 Meadow Lark Drive to Carl and Eva Sellberg, of Sarasota, for $1.45 million. Built in 1964, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,105 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $735,000 in 1999.

LIDO KEY
Lido Beach Club
Marsha Albert, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 409 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Joseph and Pamela Pritchard, of Clear Lake, Iowa, for $529,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,812 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $226,000 in 1999.
