A home in Siesta’s Bayside tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Scott and Debra Losch, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4929 Higel Ave. to Mary Peirce and Elizabeth Logan, co-guardians, of Sarasota, for $2,935,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 5,871 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.8 million in 2009.

Savoy on Palm
Robert and Nancy Lindeman, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 903 condominium at 401 S. Palm Ave. to James Boyle and Marta Riordan, of Basalt, Colo., for $1,849,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2006.

Cherokee Park
Peter and Melissa deLisser, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1733 South Drive to Daniel and Laura DeLeo, of Sarasota, for $740,000. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,147 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $730,000 in 2011.

Frederick and Marsha Grawunde sold their home at 1755 Stanford Lane to W. Scott and Kristin Van Ness, of Sarasota, for $720,000. Built in 1972, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,961 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $331,000 in 1998.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 414 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Charles and Dorothea Barker, of Sarasota, for $690,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,772 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $940,000 in 2008.

James Orlin, trustee, of Winchester, Mass., sold the Unit 505 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Leon Bellapigna and Valli Bellapigna, trustees, of Ottsville, Pa., for $490,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,656 square feet of living area.

Wells Fargo sold the Unit 804 condominium at 555 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Christine Otto, of Sarasota, for $367,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area.

John and Gail Wroldsen, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6304 Beechwood Ave. to Marlene Deutsch, of Sarasota, for $315,000. Built in 1952, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,285 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2012.

SZR Properties LLC sold the home at 117 Columbus Blvd. to Vic’s Love Shack Property Two LLC for $1.9 million. Built in 2008, it has two bedrooms, six baths, six half-baths, a pool and 5,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2009.

Bay Island
Randal Crick sold his home at 3482 Flamingo Ave. to Gary and Jeannie McDermott, of Sarasota, for $900,000. Built in 1947, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,091 square feet of living area.

Whisperings Sands
John and Margot Bartler, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 801 condominium at 20 Whispering Sands Drive to Ronald Schlegel, of Ontario, Calif., for $720,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,282 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $152,000 in 1990.

Jadwiga Brukner, of New York, sold her Unit 202 condominium at 225 Hourglass Way to Janis Rutherford, of North Port, for $260,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,271 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $111,000 in 1993.

Heather MacPherson, of Santa Monica, Calif., and Donna MacPherson, of Brighton, United Kingdom, trustees, sold the Unit 403 condominium at 1240 Dolphin Bay Way to David Sherwood and Paula Sherwood, trustees, of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., for $710,000. Built in 1998, it has twobedrooms, two baths and 1,915 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $654,000 in 2003.

Suncastle Properties LLC sold the home at 141 Ogden St. to Mark Cassis, trustee, of Sarasota, for $699,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,905 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in February.

Gulf and Bay Club
Richard and Delores Reinbold, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 408 condominium at 5760 Midnight Pass Road to Brad and Karen Lakhia, of Hudson, Ohio, for $585,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2007.

Joann Wright, trustee, sold the Unit 1327-C condominium at 1327 Siesta Bayside Drive to Michael Barnish and Jo Ann Pecca, of Voorhes, N.J., for $390,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,280 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2002.

William and Evangelyn Surette, of Ipswich, Mass., sold their Unit 624 condominium at 1400 Midnight Cove II Place to Arthur and Susan Segraves, of Lansdale, Pa., for $500,000. James Niswander, trustee, of Dayton, Ohio, sold the Unit 204 condominium at 4900 Ocean Blvd. to Travis Johnson and Jennifer Cook, of Leeds, Mass., for $310,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2001.

Richard Manjone and James Bolinsky, of Weston, Pa., sold their Unit S-1 condominium at 6005 Midnight Pass Road to Michael Trick and Xiaowei Tian, of Essex, Vt., for $290,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,466 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $85,000 in 1984.
