Home in Country Club Shores sells for $2.1 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 3 and Dec. 7.

A home in Country Club Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Cantoys International Ltd. sold the home at 600 Putter Lane to Ian and Sheila Aitken, of Longboat Key, for $2.1 million. Built in 1967, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,650 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 1998.

Grand Bay
Lawrence and Joan Castellani, trustees, sold the Unit 394 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Rex Cowan, trustee, of Winter Haven, for $1,025,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area.

Emerald Pointe North
Daniel and Maureen Curtin, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 5 condominium at 2065 Harbour Links Drive to Jay Burchfield, trustee, of Springfield, Mo., for $1 million. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,865 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $628,700 in 2001.

Country Club Shores
Gail Macbeth, trustee, of Avon, Conn., sold the home at 601 Yardarm Lane to John and Joanne Forch, of Reston, Va., for $830,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,544 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $610,000 in 1999.

John Ringling Estates Inc.
Voyka Kalicanin, of Sarasota, sold her home at 266 Polk Drive to Frank Poot, of Laarweg, Netherlands, for $789,000. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,648 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $179,900 in 1990.

Shell Cottage Properties LLC sold the home at 241 Garfield Drive to Christopher and Janice Amstutz, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1950, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,030 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,800 in 2011.

Beachplace
Anthony Lanese Jr. sold the Unit 401 condominium at 1145 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Domus Partners LLC for $600,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1980.

Fairway Bay
Ronald and Barbara Archbold, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 356 condominium at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Judson and Carol Sinclair, of Dallas, for $450,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 1998.

Sunset Beach on Longboat Key
John Paruch and Carol Paruch sold their Unit 1301 condominium at 2109 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ronald and Frances Kelly, of Wayland, Mass., for $450,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $680,000 in 2004.

Kenneth Hoffman and Deborah Hoffman, trustees, of Severna Park, Md., sold the Unit G8-307A condominium at 1925 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gayle and Betty Johnson, of Louisville, Ky., for $436,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $229,000 in 1985.

Longboat Harbor Towers
Jeffrey Rink, trustee of the Eleanor A. Rink Trust, of Troy, Mich., sold the Unit 506 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jeffrey Rink, trustee, of the Jeffrey A. Rink Trust, for $305,000. Built in 1972, it has five bedrooms, one bath and 961 square feet of living area.

LIDO KEY
Lido Beach Club
563929 Ontario Limited sold the Unit 1208 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Steven and Roxann Coe, of Reston, Va., for $575,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2007.

Lido Surf and Sand
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 312 condominium at 1102 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Edward Kalenichenko, of Sarasota, for $317,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $105,600 in 1979.
