Home in Coral Cove sells for $3.2 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 30 and July 4.

A home in Coral Cove tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Fifth Third Mortgage Co. sold the home at 7406 Periwinkle Drive to Brent and Megan Bogart, of Sarasota, for $3.2 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 7,429 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $5.15 million in 2006.

SARASOTA
Holiday Harbor
Marilyn Gerkin, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7799 N. Holiday Drive to Mark and Janice Spears, of Sarasota, for $1.2 million. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,742 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 1995.

Hartsdale
Ziad and Jidane Ghamra sold their home at 1927 Boyce St. to John and Vancene Robenalt, of Sarasota, for $1,175,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,639 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2009.

Fishermens Bay
Edward and Pamela Garris sold their home at 8810 Fishermens Bay Drive to Andres and Michele Abreu, of Sarasota, for $1.05 million. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,040 square feet of living area.

Granada Park
Christopher Hugill and Kassandra Hugill, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit 11 condominium at 1725 Stapleton St. to Brad Lerner and Melissa Jekonski-Lerner, of Sarasota, for $750,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,819 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $289,000 in 2005.

Jami Kellogg sold her home at 1806 S. Lake Shore Drive to Roxie McMasters, of Sarasota, for $625,000. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2012.

Aqualane Estates
James and Lou Campbell, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1521 Shelburne Lane to Brian and Kathleen O’Brien, of Sarasota, for $620,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,245 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2004.

Plat of Sarasota
Frank Chinnici, of Sarasota, sold his home at 200 Cocoanut Ave. to Paul and Sandra Israelson, of Sarasota, for $615,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,494 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2004.

RES-FL FOD LLC sold two properties at 1705 Devonshire Lane to Michael and Stephanie Fischer, of Sarasota, for $560,000. The first property, built in 2008, has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,806 square feet of living area. The second property, built in 2008, has one bath and 420 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $1,625,000 in 2005.

Gordana Oldja, of Totowa, N.J., sold her Unit 22 condominium at 350 Golden Gate Point to Margaret Villela, trustee, of Placida, for $550,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,677 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,000 in 2004.

George Scanlon, Sharon Scanlon Tecce, John Scanlon, Gregory Scanlon, June Scanlon, Scott Carroll and Linda Biggerman sold their Unit B-2 condominium at 1370 Moonmist Drive to Dion and Marwa Kurczek, of Sarasota, for $800,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,680 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 1986.

Midnight Cove
Peter Laye and Sara Dvorak sold their Unit 445 condominium at 6342 Midnight Pass Road to Robert Davidson, of Birchwood, Minn., for $771,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2005.

Tony and Sheila Polk, of Grapevine, Texas, sold their Unit 314 condominium at 1700 Midnight Cove II Place to Donald and Renee Fleming, of Amherst, N.Y., for $345,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2011.
