A home in Bay View Acres tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Raymond and Lynne Mabus sold their home at 1700 Baywood Drive to Jonathan Capriola, of Sarasota, for $1,475,000. Built in 1982, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,125,000 in 2012.

SARASOTA
Hartsdale
Rose Mancuso, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1803 Morris St. to Jeffery Kints, of Ontario, Canada, for $1.15 million. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,367 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2012.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 725 condominium at 1299 N. Tamiami Trail to Ilse Mack, of Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $531,000 in 2003.

San Remo Estates
Charles Shugg, trustee, and Mary Shugg, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3508 Tangier Terrace to Charles K. Shugg, of Sarasota, for $512,300. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,006 square feet of living area.

Shirah Levine, trustee, sold the home at 445 S. Shore Drive to Dean and Melinda Nida, of Sarasota, for $475,000. Built in 1980, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2005.

One Watergate
Marcia Corbino sold her Unit 6-B condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Corbino Properties LLC for $380,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $63,200 in 1975.

Huntington Pointe
Joseph Cassar Jr. and June Mead, of Miramar Beach, sold their home at 4204 Hearthstone Drive to Ralph and Nikolina Essele, of Sarasota, for $349,900. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,874 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2007.

James and Carol Raffini, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 203 condominium at 5591 Cannes Circle to Margaret Sabados, of Chicago, for $340,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2009.

Bob Beaty Jr. sold his home at 3385 Rose St. to Amanda Moffett, of Sarasota, for $317,500. Built in 1974, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,430 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $242,000 in 2012.

Linda Johnson, trustee, of Inverness, sold the home at 3543 Mineola Drive to Sara and Ronald Bronson, of Sarasota, for $265,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 1,850 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $66,000 in 1977.

Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,757 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $910,000 in 2004.

Kaye Kirk Treehouse LLC sold the home at 5230 S. Winding Way to Stephen and Lisa Cioppa, of Sarasota, for $635,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,033 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2011.

Heuer Group IV LLC sold the home at 5125 Calle Minorga to Amy Lager, of Ada, Mich., for $551,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,249 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $402,400 in 2008.

Rita Zuchelli, trustee, sold the home at 5303 Siesta Cove Drive to Paul and Ieva Johnson, of Sarasota, for $410,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,842 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2001.

Jennifer Mueller sold her Unit 22 condominium at 5858 Midnight Pass Road to Philip and Jacqueline Klezek, of Brighton, Mich., for $400,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 948 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2010.
