Home in Bay Island sells for $1.9 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 7 and July 11.

A home in Bay Island tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Ronald Allbee and Susan Callahan and Elizabeth Callahan sold their home at 3810 Flamingo Ave. to Michael and Mette Milland, of Zionsville, Ind., for $1.9 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,960 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.39 million in 2005.

SARASOTA
Oyster Bay Estates
Clyde and Kelly Purmort sold their home at 1639 S. Lake Shore Drive to Jeffrey Crystal and Nadina Maratta, of Sarasota, for $1.5 million. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 5,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.4 million in 2012.

Riverwood Park
Dan and Sybille Anbar, of South Orange, N.J., sold their home at 4701 Riverwood Ave. to William and Wilma Thornton, of Keller, Texas, for $830,000. Built in 1974, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,958 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $306,500 in 2011.

One Hundred Central
Tara Entertainment LLC sold the Unit H1016 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Dante and June Rosato, of Sarasota, for $775,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,725 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $621,000 in 2006.

Cunliff Lane
Jeffrey and Rosemary Angeleri sold their home at 1534 Cunliff Lane to Dorothy Beppler and Terri Reisz, of Sarasota, for $592,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,022 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $617,000 in 2008.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 706 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Arthur and Elaine Sandler, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $449,500 in 2001.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 810 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Daniel and Joan Conway, of Sarasota, for $520,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $443,500 in 2000.

Essex House
JSI Gulfstream LLC sold the Unit 301 condominium at 707 S. Gulfstream Ave. to William and Bonnie Bauer, of Harrisburg, Pa., for $510,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $359,900 in 2013.

Eagles Point at the Landings
William and Gloria Story, trustees, of Harrisonburg, Va., sold the Unit 102 condominium at 5450 Eagles Point Circle to Stephen and Shari Ashman, of Sarasota, for $469,500. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,514 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2001.

High Point Circle
Nada Skaf, of Port St. Lucie, sold the home at 1931 High Point Circle to Brad Murrell, of Sarasota, for $420,000. Built in 1940, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,478 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 2000.

Sarasota Beach
William Turner, of Sarasota, sold his home at 202 Island Circle to Robert and Diana Straeb, of Sarasota, for $1 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,967 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,875,000 in 2006.

Kathleen Richardson and Sandra McCourtney, of Rockford, Ill., sold two properties at 669 Beach Road to ICIC III LLC for $815,000. The first property, built in 1949, has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,075 square feet of living area. The second property, built in 1953, has one bedroom, two baths and 1,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $47,500 in 1976.

Siesta Beach
Michael Milligan, of Sarasota, sold his home at 4942 Commonwealth Drive to Alex Gutierrez, of Sarasota, for $645,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,062 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 1997.

Elliot Lawrence, of Viejo, Calif., sold the home at 5157 Sandy Beach Ave. to Anatoly Vecherka, of Moscow, for $565,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $540,000 in 2004.

Mary Peirce and Kendall Balance, of Sarasota, sold their home at 520 Givens St. to Dockside Homes LLC for $625,000. Built in 1955, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,768 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2009.

James and Tiffany Laughlin, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4905 Peaceable Way to Joseph Taggart III, trustee, of Rathdrum, Idaho, for $550,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,563 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,100 in 2003.

Sally Innis-Klitz, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 203 condominium at 6267 Midnight Pass Road to Patricia Bordell and Judith Tira, of New Kensington, Pa., for $450,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,469 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $104,000 in 1988.

Paul and Deborah Zech, of Osprey, sold their Unit C-215 condominium at 1137 Lake House Circle to Catherine Kiszkiel, of Ontario, Canada, for $429,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2003.

Simon Kraaipoel and Marleen Kraaipoel-Versteeg, of Almerc Poort, Netherlands, sold their Unit A-101 condominium at 1001 Beach Road to Gregory and Connie Hays, of Grand Rapids, Mich., for $375,000.
