Supervisors on the Heritage Harbour South Community Development District adopted a $413 million operating and maintenance budget for fiscal year 2013-24 at a meeting Thursday night.

The budget is the first completed under a new managment company, Rizzetta & Co., and board members said they were pleased with how much easier the budget document was to read.

District Manager Greg Cox said budget figures remain the same as last year, although several line items have changed, including projected costs on attorney's fees and supervision for stormwater-management services, which have been reduced.
