A home in Harbor Acres tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Riverdore LLC sold the home at 1400 Harbor Drive to Cross Street Real Estate Services LLC for $7.4 million. Built in 2016, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,402 square feet of living area.
