Harbor Acres home sells for $13.25 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between February 15 and February 19. A home in Harbor Acres tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mark and Kim Standish, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1452 Hillview Drive to 1452 Hillview Drive Real Estate Services LLC, trustee, for $13.25 million. Built in 1997, it has five bedrooms, five-and-three-half baths, a pool and 6,728 square feet of living area. It sold for $7 million in 2013.

SARASOTA

Aqua

Lee and Pamela Kennedy, of Sarasota, sold their Unit Grand Residence condominium at 280 Golden Gate Point to Mark Allen Standish, of Sarasota, for $4.85 million. Built in 2016, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 5,946 square feet of living area. It sold for $5,695,000 in 2018.

Beau Ciel

Bengal Holdings of Florida LLC sold the Unit 1004 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Barry and Juraine Golin, of Sarasota, for $1,995,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,135 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.2 million in 2011.

The Phoenix

Elisabeth Waters, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 101 condominium at 136 Golden Gate Point to Matthew William Mitchell, of Sarasota, for $1.92 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,785 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.9 million in 2018.

Ridgewood

James and Virginia Dalton, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2392 Sandrala Drive to Sean and Leigh Daley, of Sarasota, for $1,225,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,456 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,175,000 in 2004.

FWFL Property LLC sold the home at 2256 Fiesta Drive to Daniil Chingarev, of Sarasota, for $679,000. Built in 2017, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,304 square feet of living area. It sold for $550,000 in 2018.

Greenwich

Mission Property Partners LLC sold two properties at 2205 and 2215 Datura St. to Helmut Zodl and Violetta Gratsou Zodl, of Sarasota, for $1.18 million. The property at 2205 was built in 2020, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,779 square feet of living area. The property at 2215 was built in 2020, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 576 square feet of living area.

Aqualane Estates

Paul and Kimberly Pantleo, of Castle Rock, Colo., sold their home at 6010 Hollywood Blvd. to Lynn Archer, of Warren, Maine, for $925,000. Built in 1956, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,371 square feet of living area. It sold for $667,000 in 2019.

Bay Point Apartments

Kay Cook and Perry Pogany, trustees, sold the Unit 61 condominium at 350 Golden Gate Point to Danny Beer, of Waterford Township, Mich., for $847,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,612 square feet of living area. It sold for $187,000 in 1995.

Kevin and Bethany O’Toole sold their Unit 23 condominium at 350 Golden Gate Point to Iren Jay Pober, of Sarasota, for $699,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,509 square feet of living area. It sold for $625,000 in 2016.

Rustic Lodge

Robert Ryan Dunkel and Maria Dmitrievna Dunkel, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2511 Prospect St. to Robert Ducan Bennett and Alyson Louise Bennett, of Scarsdale, N.Y., for $810,000. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,566 square feet of living area. It sold for $516,000 in 2016.

Granada

Kees and Vera Davison, of Richmond, Va., sold their home at 3511 Palonia Court to Timothy Ross Gruters and Ashley Lauren Gruters, of Sarasota, for $802,000. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,414 square feet of living area. It sold for $539,000 in 2012.

PFI Real Estate LLC sold the home at 1062 Caloosa Drive to Edwin and Bonnie Stephenson, of Oxford, Ohio, for $766,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,898 square feet of living area. It sold for $650,000 in 2016.

US Bank, trustee, sold the home at 1700 Prospect St. to RAR Holdings LLC for $631,500. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,272 square feet of living area. It sold for $473,000 in 2004.

David Wyant and Paige Wyant sold their home at 269 Cosmopolitan Court to Jane Robyn Marin, of Sarasota, for $625,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,792 square feet of living area. It sold for $452,100 in 2015.

Town of Sarasota

Florida West Coast Symphony Inc. sold the home at 200 Cocoanut Ave. to Allen Wright and Marjorie Wiseman, of Washington, D.C., for $575,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,554 square feet of living area. It sold for $585,000 in 2014.

Indian Beach Estates

Marilyn Vitolo, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 686 Beverly Drive to Craig and Kimberlie Hickerson, of Sarasota, for $570,000. Built in 1952, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,750 square feet of living area. It sold for $490,000 in 2017.

Payne Park Village

Weekley Homes LLC sold the home at 2201 Muesel St. to Jeremy Wood, of Pleasanton, Calif., for $528,000. Built in 2020, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,082 square feet of living area.

Diran and Virginia Tashian sold their Unit 216 condominium at 1607 Boathouse Circle to Gloria Keeter, trustee, of Sarasota, for $505,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,947 square feet of living area. It sold for $399,000 in 2003.

Joseph and Lori Soldi, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2735 Grove Place to Cara Beth Brigham, of Sarasota, for $485,000. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,780 square feet of living area. It sold for $350,000 in 2018.

Mary Ann Banack, of Ellicott City, Md., sold her home at 5035 Stevens Drive to Samantha and Jonathan Mears, of Sarasota, for $448,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,594 square feet of living area. It sold for $360,000 in 2019.

Odilia Barrientos, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8804 Huntington Pointe to Christian and Katherine Wood, of Sarasota, for $445,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,510 square feet of living area. It sold for $201,400 in 1995.

Village Green Club Estates

Francisco Javier Calero sold his home at 3326 Sheffield Circle to Tiffany and Joshua Beasley, of Sarasota, for $420,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,221 square feet of living area. It sold for $380,000 in 2018.

Andrew and Judy Hodgson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3342 Pembrook Drive to Max Clark, of Sarasota, for $300,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It sold for $135,000 in 2009.

Leanna Breese, trustee, and Carl Vance, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 412 condominium at 835 S. Osprey Ave. to Kathy Peterson, trustee, of Bradenton, for $390,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It sold for $259,000 in 2009.

Landings Carriagehouse

Susan Niederman, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 39 condominium at 1740 Landings Blvd. to Gregory Paul Krisanda and Michele Krisanda, of Oak Hill, Va., for $379,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet of living area. It sold for $305,000 in 2017.

Lightway Realty LLC, Cole Collins and Kevin Lyons, of Sarasota, sold the home at 2311 Grove St. to Neal and Jennifer Horne, of Longboat Key, for $375,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,322 square feet of living area. It sold for $224,000 in 2020.

South Gate

Palm Leaf Properties LLC sold the home at 3028 Tyrone Lane to Joshua Sears and Stefan Yekaitis, of Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1959, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,545 square feet of living area. It sold for $120,000 in 2009.

JORO Investments LLC sold the home at 2534 Fruit Tree Drive to C & B Custom Homes LLC for $300,000. Built in 1957, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,480 square feet of living area. It sold for $105,000 in 1987.

Boulevard Addition to Sarasota

Farrell Taylor, of Hazlehurst, Ga., sold the home at 1042 Cocoanut Ave. to Tenth Street Living LLC for $345,000. Built in 1930, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,154 square feet of living area. It sold for $83,000 in 2003.

South Gate Manor

Kathleen Friedman White and Dan Ross, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2717 S. Lockwood Ridge Road to John White and Samantha Kinnett, of Sarasota, for $330,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,668 square feet of living area. It sold for $93,000 in 1990.

Westlake Estates

Candace Saunders, trustee, of Sanford, sold the home at 5335 Fox Run Way to Nicholas Bruno and Ashley Humphries, of Sarasota, for $325,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,873 square feet of living area. It sold for $285,000 in 2019.

Susannah Kate Chase Brady and Jason Brady, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2959 Sequoia Lane to Kenneth Mast and Eunice Joy Mast, of Dundee, Ohio, for $310,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,716 square feet of living area. It sold for $218,000 in 2016.

Jeffery and Jane Johnson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 704 Siesta Key Circle to Happy Places LLC for $1,975,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,146 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.02 million in 2007.

Siesta Cove

Glenn and Lori Greenbaum sold their home at 5232 Siesta Cove Drive to William and Jeannine Halbritter, of Sarasota, for $2.1 million. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,926 square feet of living area. It sold for $800,000 in 2002.

Iren Jay Pober and Glenna Marie Grice, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 3985 Roberts Point Road to Judson and Christin Lilly, of Siesta Key, for $2,085,000. The second property was built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 868 square feet of living area. They sold for $1,725,000 in 2015.

INFLIPPING LLC sold the home at 1273 Oyster Cove Drive to Martha Mumma, of Sarasota, for $1.45 million. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,223 square feet of living area. It sold for $745,000 in 2019.

James Downend and Dawn Downend, of Media, Pa., sold their home at 458 Island Circle to David Stuart Toole and Debra May Toole, of Kansas City, for $1,259,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,014 square feet of living area. It sold for $990,000 in 2015.
