A home in Harbor Acres tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Meirion Jones and Candice Steckler, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1361 Harbor Drive to Steven and Pamela Ball, of Basking Ridge, N.J., for $2.5 million. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,072 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,497,500 in 2012.

Hudson Crossing

Lawton Fitt, of New York City, sold the Unit 2-C condominium at 888 S. Orange Ave. to Warren and Elizabeth Vandeveer, of Madison, N.J., for $1,775,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,511 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.56 million in 2010.

Sapphire Shores

Barbara Berggren and Thomas Berggren, trustees, sold the home at 300 S. Shore Drive to Douglas Baker, of Sarasota, for $1.6 million. Built in 1969, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,528 square feet of living area. 

Baypoint Park

Eric Zampol and Tiffany Pitre-Zampol, of Sarasota, sold two properties at to Dyer and Beverly Wadsworth, of Sarasota, for $1,584,000. The first property was built in 1925, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,683 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1925, it has one bedroom, one bath and 247 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $1,479,000 in February.

Derek and Silke Cuff sold their home at 1408 Cedar Bay Lane to Rose Valentine Goncalves and Louis Goncalves, of Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 1995, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,282 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $815,000 in 2010.
