Grossman checks out Longboat Library

Larry Grossman, who ran against Mayor Jim Brown for a seat on the Longboat Key Town Commission in March, closed the books on his campaign by donating unused funds to the Longboat Library.

Candidates can return unused funds to donors or give them as charitable donations.

Brown and commission candidate Irwin Pastor also donated unused funds from this year’s election to the library.
