The 5th annual Sarasota Bay Watch Great Scallop Search will take place from 8:30 to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11 near Mar Vista Dockside Restaurant and Pub, 760 Broadway Street. The search begins at 9 a.m., and a complimentary lunch will be provided by Mar Vista Dockside Restaurant and Pub.
