Grand Bay condominium sells for $675,000

The condominium has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area.

A condominium in Grand Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Joel Jacobson and Lois Dimore, of Chatham, N.J., sold their Unit 631 condominium at 3070 Grand Bay Blvd. to Allen and Amy Hecht, of Warren, N.J., for $675,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $579,000 in 2012.

Seaplace II
Mary Pat and Frank Schreck, of Buffalo, N.Y., sold their Unit M1-109H condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Donald Cooks, of Longboat Key, for $565,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $501,000 in 2013.

Buttonwood Cove
Julian Rabow, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 105A condominium at 3660 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Bonnie Brodkin, of Longboat Key, for $474,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,486 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 1994.

Windward Bay
Gordon To Leung Tsang and Hooi Ling Teoh sold their Unit 20-V-32C condominium at 4972 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brian and Eileen Gillen, of Longboat Key, for $372,500. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,334 square feet of living area. It last sold for $260,000 in 2011.

Jesus and Margiet Perez, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 605 condominium at 1100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Melvin and Angela Eden, trustees, of Punta Gorda, for $355,000. Built in 1976, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 918 square feet of living area. It last sold for $335,000 in 2014.
