The Sarasota City Commission declined to hear an appeal of the Planning Board’s decision to approve a Goodwill Superstore at a special meeting held Monday at City Hall.
Commissioners based their decision on the record and testimony of the Planning Board hearing and unanimously agreed not to hear the appeal.
