Four-bedroom Lido Key home sells for $4 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 10 and Dec. 28.

A home on Lido Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Billy and Vivian Baird, of Sturgis, Ky., sold their home at 1355 Westway Drive to Donn Winokur and Eileen O’Donnell-Winokur, of Sarasota, for $4 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, five baths, three half-baths, a pool and 6,193 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,866,700 in 2003.

The Winokurs also sold their home at 521 Harbor Cay Drive to Dale and Lynn McBrier, of Fairview, Pa., for $1.45 million. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,518 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $765,000 in 1991.

The Beach Residences
Bellagio Investments Inc. sold the Unit 1002 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Kenneth Feld, trustee, of Tampa, for $2.9 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,964 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.11 million in 2006.

Regent Place
William Mathias II, trustee, of Buffalo, N.Y., sold the Unit 29A condominium at 675 Longboat Club Road to Charles and Christine Shivery, of Longboat Key, for $2,712,500. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,564 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,398,200 in 1995.

The Water Club at Longboat Key
John and Jane Kidd sold their Unit 401 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jane Kidd, trustee, of Jackson, Ohio, for $2.3 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,460 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,482,600 in 1999.

Arnold and Elinore Thaler sold their Unit 808 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Laura Shapard, of Dallas, for $1.85 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,965 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2003.

Villa Di Lancia
Karen Levy, of Wellesley, Mass., and Rhonda Zinner and David Andelman, of Boston, and Robert First, of Weston, Mass., trustees, sold the Unit 214 condominium at 2185 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Stephen and Kerry Miller, of Barryton, Ill., for $1,375,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,448 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $775,000 in 1998.

Corey’s Landing
William Stark, of Inverness, Ill., sold his home at 3488 Mistletoe Lane to Robert and Diane Ebner, of Litchfield, Conn., for $1,175,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,089 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $649,000 in 1989.

Sanctuary III at Longboat Key Club
Manor Hall Inc. sold the Unit A-803 condominium at 545 Sanctuary Drive to Sanctuary 840 LLC for $1,058,500. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.32 million in 2002.

Country Club Shores
Liberty Capital Ltd. sold the home at 581 Birdie Lane to Edward Lowden, of Longboat Key, for $950,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,666 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 1999.

John Duffy and Sharon Condon-Duffy, of Chicago, sold their home at 536 Cutter Lane to Robert Harris and Karen McAndrew, of Mechanicsville, Va., for $650,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,153 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2000.

Frank and Frances Frasier, trustees, of Jackson, Ga., sold the home at 524 Hornblower Lane to Kenneth and Jadwiga Pozulp, of Western Springs, Ill., for $600,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,889 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $22,500 in 1975.

William and Nadine Cannon, of Windermere, sold their home at 990 Bogey Lane to Anthony and Dorothy Mastrovito, of Longboat Key, for $327,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,962 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2004.

Sanctuary IV at Longboat Key Club
845972 Ontario Ltd. sold the Unit C-307 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to Lawrence Chernin, Saul Shulman and Ilsa Blidner, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, for $950,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,580 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $341,700 in 1990.

Grand Bay
Judith Masinter, trustee, and Reeva Shoengood, Attorney-in-Fact, of Evanston, Ill., sold the Unit 131 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Mark and Danielle Smotkin, of Longboat Key, for $945,400. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area.

Marina Bay
Stephen Kelly, George Kelly and Theresa Kelly sold their Unit 314 condominium at 2550 Harbourside Drive to Gary and Barbara Eisenberg, of Southfield, Mich., for $840,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,083 square feet of living area.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Michael Bliss, Violet Bliss Wittman and Lynn Robben, trustees, sold the home at 750 Penfield St. to Jeanne McFarland and Patricia Muller, of Longboat Key, for $760,000. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,128 square feet of living area.

Longboat Key Towers
John Konecky, Richard Konecky and Mildred Konecky sold their Unit 904-N condominium at 603 Longboat Club Road to Ronald and Jane Palmerick, of Oradell, N.J., for $735,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area.

Winding Oaks
Rosemary Dalgleish, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit 6 condominium at 3411 Winding Oaks Drive to Joel and Rosalyn Ehrenpreis, of Longboat Key, for $670,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,679 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,062,500 in 2006.

The Players Club
Douglas and Monique Morris, of Laurel Hollow, N.Y., sold their Unit 409 condominium at 1485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sandra Skierkowski, of Norman, Okla., for $655,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,786 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 1984.

Islander Club of Longboat Key
Robert and Cynthia Hullinger, trustees, of Frankfort, Ill., sold the Unit 83-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Julie Omsberg, of Scarborough, Maine, for $469,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area.

Beachplace
Bisgara Ltd. sold the Unit 205 condominium at 1135 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Elyssa Pivnick, of Ontario, Canada, for $420,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 1985.

Castillian
Michael and Kathryn Launder, of Fitchburg, Wis., sold their Unit 309 condominium at 4545 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Denise Korepta, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $420,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,340 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in 2010.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Sally Graven, trustee, of San Diego, sold the Unit 731 condominium at 731 Bayport Way to Clay and Mary Hodges, of Longboat Key, for $415,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 1983.

Longboat Shores
Don and Marilyn Netzel, of Jacksonville, sold their home at 634 Buttonwood Drive to David Bishop, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $354,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $34,000 in 1970.

Sand Cay
Roger and Judy Goldstein and Gary and Judy Citron, of Garnerville, N.Y., sold their Unit 220 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Bruce and Karen Goracke, of Omaha, Neb., for $335,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,071 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 1993.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Robert Crites sold his Unit 152 condominium at 572 Spanish Drive N. to Rosemary Dalgleish, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $327,500. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2005.

Whitney Beach
Vincent Cavallo, of Lancaster, Pa., sold his Unit 183 condominium at 6800 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Karen Kramer, of Hamilton, Ohio, for $240,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,367 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2010.

Longbeach
Perry Bamonte, of Devon, United Kingdom, sold the home at 620 Fox St. to Fox Street Investments LLC for $220,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,672 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $222,500 in 2000.

BIRD KEY
Steven and Joann Stein, of Sarasota, sold their home at 119 N. Warbler Lane to Edward and Elizabeth Goldfarb, of Hingham, Mass., for $2.05 million. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,676 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,495,000 in 2003.

George Yu, of Annapolis, Md., sold his home at 608 Mourning Dove Drive to Thirty-Four Seventy-Five LLC for $985,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,919 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,475,000 in 2004.

Brett Decklever, of Sarasota, sold his home at 523 N. Spoonbill Drive to Mark Kramer and Paula Kramer, trustees, of Glen Ellyn, Ill., for $687,500. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,932 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $569,000 in 2007.

Lido Beach Club
William and Angela Smith, of Fairfax Station, Va., sold their Unit 401 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to James and Susan Travers, of Sarasota, for $690,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2005.

Donald and Anne Swartz, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 1009 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Barbara Caciolo, trustee, and Carol Stone, of Dallas, for $622,800. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,812 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2003.

Walter and Barbara Zacharko, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 908 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to David Kenworthy and Sharon Kenworthy, trustees, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,500 in 1991.

L’Elegance on Lido Beach
Adalee Mason, of Maryville, Tenn., sold her Unit B-408 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Nancy Laudando, of Sarasota, for $549,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,700 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,000 in 2003.

Lido Surf and Sand
David Heller and Alexander Walter, of Amityville, N.Y., sold their Unit 617 condominium at 1104 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Nancy Isaacson, of Bloomington, Ill., for $316,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,494 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2004.

Lido Shores
Donald and Joan Garetano, of Manasquan, N.J., sold their Unit 304 condominium at 350 S. Polk Drive to REIT Advisors LLC for $315,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,000 in 2009.

Lido Regency
Lawrence and Helen Fortino, of E. Lansing, Mich., sold their Unit 8-B condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Istvan Dobozi and Iren Dobozi, trustees, of Gaithersburg, Md., for $308,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,059 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $94,000 in 1980.

ST. ARMANDS
Embassy Villa
Horst and Marion Bornkast, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 6 condominium at 800 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Gary and Lisa Maavara, of Ontario, Canada, for $300,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,090 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $86,000 in 1990.

Kingston Arms
Robert and Carol Welsh, of Milford, Mich., sold their Unit 8A condominium at 500 S. Washington Drive to Jeffrey Heath, of Sarasota, for $287,500. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,035 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $122,000 in 1996.
