Four-bedroom Beau Ciel condo sells for $5.6 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 25 and June 29. A condominium in Beau Ciel tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Richard Nicolosi and Tamara Densmore, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1800 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Daniel Rutnik, trustee, of Delmar, N.Y., for $5.6 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 8,111 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4.9 million in 2003.

CASEY KEY
Henry and Susanne Rodriguez, of Nokomis, sold their home at 2718 Casey Key Road to Sharon Carole, of Sarasota, for $4,924,000. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,484 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.6 million in 2003.

SARASOTA
Bungalow Hill

Brett and Cynthia Blair, of Sarasota, sold their home at 904 Pomelo Ave. to Reba Sachs, trustee, of Dallas, for $2.6 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 6,659 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,512,500 in 2010.

Harbor Acres
Flowers Sarasota LLC sold the home at 1808 Flower Drive to Kevin Schoeler, trustee, of Denver, for $1.95 million. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,585 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.9 million in 2009.

Axel and Fiona Lohrisch, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1508 Flower Drive to Louis and Rebecca Cohen, of Weston, Mass., for $1.5 million. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,751 square feet of living area.

The Savoy on Palm
Richard and Leslie Rivera sold their Unit 802 condominium at 401 S. Palm Ave. to Douglas Baker, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1,895,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,600 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,625,200 in 2006.

Kanaya
State Central Bank sold the Unit 1403 condominium at 505 S. Orange Ave. to Robert and Virginia Rec, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1.15 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,003 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3 million in 2007.

Vista Bay Point
Federal Street Holdings II LLC sold the Unit 801 condominium at 128 Golden Gate Point to Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, for $1,000,100. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,000 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2007.

Phillippi Landings
Eugene and Shelley Gelpke sold their Unit 201 condominium at 1921 Monte Carlo Drive to Robert and Milada Kahn, of Sarasota, for $691,250. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2010.

Holiday Harbor
Bank of America sold the home at 7794 N. Holiday Drive to Sean and Amy Bennett, of Sarasota, for $630,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,030 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,825,000 in 2005.

Oyster Bay Estates
David and Patricia Haas sold their home at 1806 S. Lake Shore Drive to Jami Kellogg, of Sarasota, for $625,000. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2003.

James and Christina Mangie, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1810 N. Lake Shore Drive to David and Whitney Verdoni, of Sarasota, for $597,500. Built in 1962, it has four bedrooms, one bath, a pool and 3,204 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $356,700 in 2001.

Marquee En Ville
William Blacksher and Linda Winter-Blacksher, trustees, of Placida, sold the Unit 120-C condominium at 235 Cocoanut Ave. to William Hatz, trustee, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., for $575,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $780,100 in 2006.

Avondale
Janis Payne, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1108 Brewer Place to James and Cheri DeSarno, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1950, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,703 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2008.

Embassy House
Robin Starr, of Richmond, Va., sold her Unit PH-2 condominium at 770 S. Palm Ave. to Mary Breshears, trustee, of Centerville, Md., for $460,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 2003.

Sapphire Heights
Eric and Sayward Grindley, of Boone, N.C., sold their home at 671 Marlin Drive to Dante and Sonya Bottini, of Sarasota, for $410,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2010.

Rivo at Ringling
Gianfranco Lorieri, of Massa, Italy, sold the Unit 811 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Joseph and Gail Hoey, of Sarasota, for $369,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,483 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $409,900 in 2006.

Regency House
John Markham, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 404 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Hatt and Suzanne Lipscomb, of Lakewood Ranch, for $350,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,537 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $348,000 in 2002.

Alinari
NCA Properties LLC sold the Unit 806 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to John Godshall, of Sarasota, for $315,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $419,000 in 2007.

Bay’s Bluff
Klara Mihaly, of Sudbury, Mass., sold her Unit 608 condominium at 1100 Imperial Drive to Mary Ewing for $268,500. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,262 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $107,000 in 1997.

Sunset Towers
Terry McCuiston and Mary Sanders, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 403 condominium at 11 Sunset Drive to Lana Piazza, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $132,500 in 1984.

Condominium on the Bay
Edward Burns Jr., trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 603 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Richard Carpenter, of Sarasota, for $238,750. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,500 in 1993.

Arthur and Elaine Eckert, of Osprey, sold their home at 4861 Hanging Moss Lane to Thomas and Stacia Devlin, of Sarasota, for $570,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,554 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2003.

Jack and Mary Conner, trustees, sold the home at 5075 Timber Chase Way to Henry Live and Daisy Delgado-Live, of Sarasota, for $380,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,475 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $242,500 in 1998.

Boris and Yeva Tsiperovich, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4941 Sabal Lake Circle to Georg and Elsbeth Nadorff, of Sarasota, for $379,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,599 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $635,500 in 2005.

Burgess and Maryls Hildreth, of Osprey, sold their home at 8830 Bloomfield Blvd. to David and Nanci Illingworth, of Middletown, N.J., for $550,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,659 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $99,900 in 1999.

Michael Cochrane and Ronald Gobble, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3749 Spyglass Hill Road to Richard and Ann Owens, of Sarasota, for $442,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,852 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2008.

Vineyards of Silver Oak
Ronald Forney, trustee, of Woodstock, Ill., sold the home at 5117 Cantabria Crest to Gary and Melinda Ozaroff, of Longboat Key, for $425,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,283 square feet of living area.

Villagewalk
Francis and Colleen Gormeley, of Wyckoff, N.J., sold their home at 7758 Uliva Way to Lesley Conzelman and Ellen Schaller, of Chicago, for $415,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $427,700 in 2005.

Deer Creek
Eveline Bland, trustee, of Chambersburg, Pa., sold the home at 4741 Antler Trail to Tobey Gaspar and Ann Bernardo, of Sarasota, for $390,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,062 square feet of living area.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 8342 Shadow Pine Way to HB Property Group LLC for $260,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,477 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $394,000 in 2003.

Monte Verde at Villa Mirada
Kondaur Capital Corp. sold the home at 7442 Monte Verde to Robert Hesse, trustee, of Sarasota, for $275,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,539 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2004.

Villa D’Este
Sophie Georges, of Palatine, Ill., sold the home at 7320 Villa D’Este Drive to Marilyn Pasternak, of Sarasota, for $275,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2004.

Villas at Deer Creek
Willard Kayser Jr., of Sarasota, sold his home at 4592 Deer Trail Blvd. to Daniel and Gail Lagace, of Wesley Chapel, for $210,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,936 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 2001.

Judith Campbell, of Carmel, Ind., sold her home at 148 Puesta Del Sol to Charles and Elaine Barber, of Osprey, for $850,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,420 square feet of living area.

Willowbend
John and Rita Conway sold their home at 618 Crane Prairie Way to Marcia Skinner and Joyce Cekander, of Frankfort, Ill., for $512,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 2005.

Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 136 Lookout Point Drive to Leonard and Trudee Trudell, of Osprey, for $477,750. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,009 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $327,500 in 2003.

Villas at Osprey Harbor Village
DTM Development Inc. sold the Unit Q2 condominium at 14041 Bellagio Way to Arthur and Elaine Eckert, of Sarasota, for $345,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,088 square feet of living area.

Emerald Woods at Oaks III
Merrill and Janis Forgotson, of Westport, Conn., sold their home at 168 Turquoise Lane to James and Barbara Dalis, of Osprey, for $306,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $422,500 in 2004.

Pelican Cove
Adrienne Chadwin, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 259 condominium at 1503 Clower Creek Drive to Gerard Palmer, of Hockessin, Del., for $300,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $449,000 in 2005.

Sorrento Woods
Howard Klempner, trustee, of Prospect, Ky., sold the home at 1136 Ruisdael Circle to Michael and Pamela Lamberto, of Nokomis, for $460,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,627 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2001.

Calusa Lakes
Peter and Barbara Skentzos sold their home at 2078 Tocobaga Lane to Michael and Catherine Collette, of Nokomis, for $330,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,153 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,900 in 2004.
