The Sarasota Chapter #115 of Ikebana International held its annual holiday luncheon demonstration Dec. 2. Muriel Scrivner, professor at the Ikebana School, demonstrated a modern approach to the sixth-century art form with her presentation “Ikebana in Glass.” The club is planning its next event, the 46th Annual Flower Exhibition, which takes place in February at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.
