A construction project, which begins today at the Five Points intersection, will disrupt traffic for about a week.
A concrete pole that supports traffic lights and signs will be replaced. Because the lights will be out of order during the work, the intersection will be a temporary four-way stop Thursday. A construction worker will control traffic flow.
