Five-bedroom Lido Key home sells for $5,725,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 15 and Dec. 26.

A home on Lido Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Ralph and Claire McLaughlin, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 1436 John Ringling Parkway to David and Pamela Sowder, of Sarasota, for $5,725,000. Built in 2009, it has five bedrooms, five baths, four half-baths, a pool and 7,932 square feet of living area.

Grand Bay
Per-Erik and Sandra Lindqvist, of Sarasota, sold their Unit PH2102 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Ralph and Claire McLaughlin, trustees, of Sarasota, for $2,845,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths and 4,074 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.65 million in 1996.

Marvin and Renee Lederman, trustees, of Wilmette, Ill., sold the Unit 184 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Burton and Adrienne Mahler, of Sarasota, for $1 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $610,000 in 1996.

Bay Isles
Mark and Cynthia Wolfendale, of Marin, Calif., sold their home at 510 Harbor Cove Circle to James Kirchschlager, trustee, of Williams Bay, Wis., for $1,575,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,504 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2000.

Thomas Cornell and Kathleen O’Hare-Cornell, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 3691 Bayou Circle to Marketa Klenorova, of Sarasota, for $830,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,674 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $980,000 in 2005.

Promenade
H. Patrick Jack, of Santa Fe, N.M., sold the Unit 907 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to LBK Florida Properties LLC for $1.5 million. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,934 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2009.

Islander Club of Longboat
Kevin and Virginia O’Connor, of Lakeview, N.Y., sold their Unit P-1-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sateesh Prabakaran, of Odessa, for $770,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000
in 2009.

Winding Oaks
Betty Keil, trustee, of Midland, Mich., sold the Unit 4 condominium at 3407 Winding Oaks Drive to David and Joan Greene, of Atlanta, for $725,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 1988.

Sand Cay
Candeco Ltd. Corp. sold the Unit 218 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Rock Marketing and Advertising Inc. for $574,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,071 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 1992.

Longbeach Village
Jimmy and Patricia Weber, trustees, of Venice, sold the Unit 11 condominium at 7125 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Donna Frederick, of Conroe, Texas, for $436,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in
1997.

Harbour Oaks
Shirley Gotthelf, of Sarasota, and Beth Gotthelf and Steven Miesowicz, of Birmingham, Mich., sold their Unit 401 condominium at 2199 Harbourside Drive to Beth Gotthelf and Steven Miesowicz, trustees, for $400,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,219 square feet of living area.

Northgate of Longboat Key
Dorothy Williams, trustee, of Tampa, sold the Unit 7 condominium at 490 N. Shore Road to Gregory Ciccolo and Stephanie Sonnabend, of Brookline, Mass., for $340,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $85,000 in 1978.

Longboat Harbour
Nicholas and Luiga Rutigliano, of Bradenton, sold Unit 207 at 4390 Exeter Drive to James Gaffney and Michelle LeBlanc-Gaffney, of Dartmouth, Mass., for $244,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $202,000 in 2002.

Lido Key
Keith Pointe
Results Inc. sold the home at 510 Keith Pointe Drive to Richard McAllister and Kristen Fleming, of Hartford, Conn., for $2.5 million. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, seven baths, a pool and 4,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.94 million in 2000.

Arlington House of Lido Harbour
Steven and Ingrid Clapp sold their Unit 203A condominium at 1900 Benjamin Franklin Drive to William Schulz and Dell Bauslaugh, of Lakewood Ranch, for $315,000. Built in 1967, it has one bedroom, two baths and 772 square feet of living area.

St. Armands Towers North
Amparo Guevara and Enrique Guevara, trustees, of Danville, Calif., sold Unit 22 at 1 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Ana Guevara, of Miami Beach, for $498,200. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 1993.
