Applebee’s on University Parkway recently added a new fixture to its walls, after it underwent an indoor and outdoor remodeling.

Lakewood Ranch High senior Samantha Hannabass and St. Stephen’s senior Becca Roat, along with other members of their competitive water ski team, Sarasota Ski-A-Rees, are now featured on a wall at the restaurant, located at 3225 University Parkway, University Park.

Roat has been involved with water ski show teams since she was 7 years old and has been a part of the Ski-A-Rees team for four years.
