Developer breaks ground on Esplanade

Developer Taylor Morrison today broke ground on Lakewood Ranch's newest active-lifestyle community.
Once developed, Esplanade will bring 450 detached villas and single-family homes to a roughly 200-acre parcel just north north of Center Ice Parkway and east of Lakewood Ranch Boulevard.

The gated community will include pickleball courts, a heated lagoon-style pool, a clubhouse and fitness center and more for residents.
