Deadline Feb. 21 to register to vote for town election

The deadline to register to vote in the town’s March 20 general election, in which Bay Isles resident will face off against Vice Mayor David Brenner for the District 3 Longboat Key Town Commission seat, is Tuesday, Feb. 21, according to information provided last week by the Town Clerk’s office.

Requests for absentee ballots must be made by 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 14.
