Daly raises $12,930 for campaign

Jack Daly is now leading the pack of Longboat Key Town Commission candidates for fundraising.

As of Feb. 6, the Club Longboat resident and Planning and Zoning Board vice chairman had raised $12,930 in his race against St. Judes Drive resident Larry Grossman for the District 4 seat, campaign reports state.

Grossman reported $375 in contributions for the same period.

Incumbent Commissioner Phill Younger raised $8,215 through Feb. 6. Challenger, Gene Jaleski, has filed notifications of no activity for each reporting period.
