The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 26 and Dec. 30, 2011.

A home in Cypress Creek Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Aaron Dorfman sold the home at 6176 Ninth Ave. Circle N.E. to Mark Hafner, Bradenton, for $875,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 5,108 square feet of living area.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Mark and Gina Ursini, Sarasota, sold their home at 971 Fish Hook Cove to Ronnie and Donna Presley, of Woodstock, Ga., for $522,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 4,037 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $994,300 in 2005.

Thomas Fitzgerald, of Northport, N.Y., sold his home at 611 Misty Pond Court to Gail Padgett and James Colvin, Bradenton, for $310,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,712 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2006.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Garnett Campbell, Bradenton, sold her home at 7257 Orchid Island Place to Phillip and Karen Accordino, of Warren, Ohio, for $500,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,684 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $614,800 in 2004.

Greenbrook Village
Dana and Katherine Sochachki, Sarasota, sold the home at 14721 Bowfin Terrace to Marie-Josee Caron and Babis Chronopoulos, trustees, of Quebec, Canada, for $445,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,806 square feet of living area.

U.S. Bank, NA, trustee, sold the home at 13859 Wood Duck Circle to Gareth and Suzanne Davies, of Holly Springs, N.C., for $320,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,578 square feet of living area.

John and Gerianne Costello, Naples, sold their home at 6606 Coopers Hawk Court to Dean and Ann-Mari Decillis, Bradenton, for $300,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,462 square feet of living area.

Jamie and Tracy Graziano, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 4523 Barracuda Drive to Allen and Lauren Ash, Bradenton, for $378,600. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,324 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2003.

Edgewater Village
Thomas Conklin, Personal Representative, Shirley Popham and Marjorie Cavin, Osprey, sold their home at 6569 Waters Edge Way to Philip and Sandra Zemmel, Bradenton, for $345,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,525 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $339,000 in 1998.

Tara
Dwight Thomas and Rick Poore sold their home at 6742 Pleasant Hill Road to Malcolm McNeil and Beverley Carter, of Newfoundland, Canada, for $290,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,384 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $188,900 in 1998.

Upper Manatee River Road
John and Valerie Duval, of Hartsdale, N.Y., sold their home at 11907 Upper Manatee River Road to Darrell Lambert and Kathleen Lambert, of Lithonia, Ga., for $290,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,689 square feet of living area.

River Park at Mote Ranch
Sera Larondelle, Sarasota, sold her home at 6120 Palomino Circle to Vanessa Cresswell, Sarasota, for $279,900. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,510 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $343,200 in 2004.

Pomello City Central
Wells Fargo Bank NA sold the home at 7601 226th St. E. to John and Rosemary Suhre, Bradenton, for $260,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,611 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,600 in 2004.

Tailfeather Way at Tara
Warren and Lisa LaBonte, Sarasota, sold their home at 6622 Pinefeather Court to James and Margaret McDermott, Bradenton, for $260,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,312 square feet of living area.

Braden River Lakes
Paul Gennette and Irina Mannheim, Bradenton, sold their home at 1221 50th St. Court E. to Janice Davidson, Tequesta, for $245,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,439 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2000.

Miramar Links at Lakewood Ranch
PRA Management LLC sold the Unit 1 condominium at 8464 Miramar Way to Alan and Mary Wolfson, Bradenton, for $230,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,416 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2009.

Carlyle at the Villages of Palm Aire
Douglas Fainelli, trustee, of Greenwich, Conn., sold the home at 6740 Cheswick St. to Carolyn Adams, of Elizabeth, Pa., for $224,500. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,675 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2011.

US Bank Association, trustee, sold the home at 615 45th Ave. E. to Jay Hoffman, Wesley Chapel, for $325,000. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,030 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $790,000 in 2005.

River Woods
Michael and Georgene Kujawa, Parrish, sold their home at 11310 30th Court E. to Benjamin and Katherine Davis, Parrish, for $235,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,730 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $331,100 in 2002.

Twin Rivers
Kenneth and Robin Smith, of Rose Bud, Ark., sold their home at 15404 27th Court E. to William and Kathleen Suggett, Parrish, for $230,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,646 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2008.
