Unit 602-S at Crescent Arms condominium, 6312 Midnight Pass Road, has two bedrooms, two baths and 977 square feet of living area. It sold for $525,000.

A condominium in Crescent Arms tops all real-estate transactions from Feb. 8 to Feb. 10. Mark Olcott, of Urbana, Md., sold his Unit 602-S condominium at 6312 Midnight Pass Road to Samuel and Janette Petersheim, of Arthur, Ill., for $525,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 977 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2005.

Martin Eichler, trustee, sold Units 53 and 54 condominiums at 37 Sunset Drive S. to Thomas and Susan Barry, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,580 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1994.

Hartsdale
John and Joanne Bradshaw sold their home at 1861 Boyce St. to John Damico and Dora Damico, of Sarasota, for $490,000. Built in 1937, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,750 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $870,000 in 2005.

Baypoint Park
Arthur and Isa Lambert, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1001 Bayou Place to Elizabeth Lambert, trustee, for $325,000. Built in 1959, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,182 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2004.

Weber
Michael and Gerry Antonetti, of Sarasota, sold their home at 937 Caloosa Drive to Peter Aiken, of Sarasota, for $285,000. Built in 1949, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,974 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $203,900 in 2002.

Sidney and Alys Heller, of Bradenton, sold their home at 1033 Shadow Lawn Way to Wells Fargo Bank NA for $388,900. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,103 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $316,500 in 2001.

OSPREY
Meridian V at The Oaks Preserve
Kim Tilles, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 502R condominium at 3621 N. Point Road to Charles and Valerie Heutschi, of Osprey, for $305,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,545 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $451,000 in 2007.

Darrell and Kimberly North, of Venice, sold their home at 1529 Vermeer Drive to Margaret Rooney and Victoria Vandermark, of Nokomis, for $260,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,322 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $357,000 in 2004.
