A final business will fill in the last spot on Lakewood Ranch Main Street.

Cowork LWR, a business incubator, will fill the spot between USF’s culinary innovation lab and Main Street Travel.

The lease was signed Monday, said property manager Amanda Zipperer in an email, bringing Main Street to 100% capacity.

The interior is still being finished, but Cowork LWR will offer a space for start-ups, entrepreneurs and individuals who need access to a business address, conference room, internet and other office demands without having to actually buy or pay full rent for a space. By being all in one space, it also offers businesses the flexibility to collaborate with one another across platforms — a business developer has access to a marketing specialist who might also be using Cowork LWR.

According to the website, to use the space, businesses can buy monthly memberships at three levels which grant varying access and amenities, ranging from $10 to $250 per month.

Cowork LWR is a organization through UTC Venture Group; Keith Pandeloglou is the CEO.

The space will offer collaborative, community events to help entrepreneurs network and socialize, as well — it’s holding a “pre-kickoff” party down the street at Polo Grill Friday, April 29.

According to Zipperer, the projected opening date is May 1.
