Jonathan Levi's mother, Mary, kicked him and his girlfriend Katherine Byerly out of her home after the pair crashed her car earlier this year. Sarasota Police arrested the pair for allegedly breaking back into the residence late Friday, Sept. 27.

Sarasota Police coaxed Levi, 28, and Byerly, 27, out of the home on the 3700 block of Flores Avenue after a neighbor alerted Mary Levi to the incident. The couple spent roughly an hour talking to the homeowner before surrendering to authorities.

Police charged Levi and Byerly with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling.
