Country Club Village home sells for $850,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 16 and Dec. 20.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Alvaro Joves and Maria Maldonado, of Miami, sold their home at 7217 Greystone St. to Robert Hofmann, of Bradenton, for $850,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,861 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $741,600 in 2011.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Thomas and Joyce Mumford, of Sarasota, sold their home at 911 Maritime Court to Milton Ellis, of Bradenton, for $705,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,299 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $680,000 in 2012.

Edgewater Village
John and Hallie Vitolo, of West Chester, Pa., sold their home at 8119 Waterview Blvd. to James and Michelle Glower, of Lakewood Ranch, for $679,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,804 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $582,000 in 2011.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
LWR Country Club West LLC sold the home at 7491 Edenmore St. to Sarah Sinclair, of Bradenton, for $467,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,116 square feet of living area.
Daniel Leonard and Giovanna Adimari, of Malvern, Pa., sold their home at 7115 Presidio Glen to Jonathan Laurens, of Northbrook, Ill., for $318,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,911 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,400 in 2004.

Paul and Melissa Van Hatten, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6470 Indigo Bunting Place to John and Karen Pruim, of Bradenton, for $450,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,038 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $329,000 in 2011.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 14531 Sundial Place to Philip and Rebecca Woods, of Bradenton, for $437,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,863 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $483,000 in 2007.

David and Jama Kyle, of Moorsetown, N.J., sold their home at 15665 Lemon Fish Drive to Christopher and Lisa Rubal, of Bradenton, for $312,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,572 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $342,500 in 2007.
