Country Club home tops sales at $960,000

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Rocco and Carmela Lombardo and Kevin and Laura Josephson, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6914 Westchester Circle to Mark and Dawn Kornfeld, of Lakewood Ranch, for $960,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,774 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2010.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Michael and Mary Elizabeth Altman sold their home at 7920 Royal Queensland Way to David and Hilary Welch, of Lakewood Ranch, for $770,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,431 square feet of living area.

Thomas and Lorraine Mercer, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6931 Brier Creek Court to Kevin and Laura Josephson, of Lakewood Ranch, for $750,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,054 square feet of living area.

James Tucker, of Bradenton, sold his home at 6637 The Masters Ave., to James Emanuelson Jr. and Karen Sue Emanuelson, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $510,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,595 square feet of living area.

Benjamin and Angela Sasse, of College Station, Texas, sold their home at 7276 Lismore Court to Philip and Sarah Cheek, of Lakewood Ranch, for $349,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,148 square feet of living area.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Stirling Equity Group LLC sold the home at 14630 Castle Park Terrace to Charles and Sharon Lanzillo, of Bradenton, for $721,800. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,785 square feet of living area.

Tidewater Preserve
Anthony and Barbara DiGioia, of Bradenton, sold their home at 5116 Tidewater Preserve Blvd., to Adam and Garen Cartabiano, of Bradenton, for $699,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,441 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $516,500 in 2014.

Detlef and Edith Eurich, of Bradenton, sold their home at 926 Riverscape St., to Melissa and Chris Purvis, of Bradenton, for $417,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $389,600 in 2013.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Richard and Barbara Ball, of Parrish, sold their home at 8300 Curlew Court to Thomas and Nancy Basmagy, of Bradenton, for $619,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,244 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $580,000 in 2008.

Eaton Place
Thorndon EHF., sold the home at 6328 Thorndon Circle to Edwin and Joan Campbell, of Pasadena, Md., for $611,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,607 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2006.

River Club South
Mark and Michelle Kwiatkowski, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6902 River Birch Court to Yuriy and Olga Kuchmak, of Bradenton, for $589,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,520 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2013.

Pomello Park
Pamela Muller, of Alamance, N.C., sold her home at 22905 67th Ave. E., to 22905 67th Ave., LLC for $575,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,704 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $412,500 in 2001.

Rye Wilderness Estates
Courtney Kurtz and Helene Simpson Kurtz sold their home at 16907 First Ave. E., to Peter and Sandra Pulos, of Bradenton, for $526,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,119 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $473,100 in 2014.

Greyhawk Landing
Lisa Loewenstein, of Bradenton, sold her home at 311 Snapdragon Loop to Jerry and Angela Oxley, of Bradenton, for $525,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,010 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $342,300 in 2004.

Perry and Maribel Premdas, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the home at 12416 Aster Ave., to HP Florida I LLC for $426,500. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,125 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $391,200 in 2004.

Garrett and Nancy Ann Lindgren, of Bradenton, sold their home at 323 Salvia Court to John Gaetani, of Bradenton, for $425,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,676 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $367,800 in 2004.

Lorraine Road
Keith and Bonnie Tincher, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4919 Lorraine Road to Professional Employers of North America Inc. for $520,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,654 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2003.

Riverdale
Charles and Julianne Ashley, of Palmetto, sold their home at 3815 Fifth Ave. N.E., to Timothy Conrad and Lisa Fernandez, of Bradenton, for $520,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,188 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,500 in 2011.

Russell and Maria Sinacore sold their home at 14728 Second Ave. Circle N.E., to Brian and Patricia Hare, of Bradenton, for $510,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,452 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2007.

Steven Burnett, of Sarasota, sold his home at 15310 Blue Fish Circle to Joseph and Colleen Serflek, of New Berlin, Wis., for $319,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,034 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $443,300 in 2005.

R. Todd and Allison Merriott, of Blue Springs, Mo., sold their home at 6233 Willet Court to Jennie Reid, of Bradenton, for $296,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $206,000 in 2012.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Stephanie Nikirk, Personal Representative, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7718 Camden Harbour Drive to Ramin and Audrey Tolouian, of Bradenton, for $472,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,585 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $532,700 in 2004.

Gloria Morrison, of Bradenton, sold her home at 7739 Camden Harbour Drive to Robert and Debra Reilly, of Bradenton, for $448,900. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,893 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $419,500 in 2004.

60th Street East
Keith and Kimberly Kipling sold their home at 1508 60th St. E., to Jon Avery, of Bradenton, for $385,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,088 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2013.

Lychee Acres
Frank and Janet Saver, of Bradenton, sold their home at 5523 41st Ave. E., to Thomas and Mitzi Stewart, of Bradenton, for $385,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,521 square feet of living area.

Summerfield Village
Matthew and Susan Farhat, of Bradenton, sold their home at 12115 Summer Meadow Drive to JoAnn Shakon, trustee, of Bradenton, for $380,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,516 square feet of living area.

Ann Callaby, of St. Paul, Minn., sold her home at 6453 Fox Grape Lane to Jason and Donna Scofield, of Bradenton, for $330,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,217 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,300 in 1998.

Imad and Rania Rawas and Tania Rawas, of Cincinnati, sold their home at 12525 Tall Pines Way to Gina Tomelden, of Lakewood Ranch, for $286,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,926 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $198,500 in 2010.

Michael and Ashley Crowe, of Bradenton, sold their home at 12526 Rockrose Glen to Faith Peterson, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, for $268,900. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,761 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2004.

Raven Crest
Meritage Homes of Florida Inc., sold the home at 750 116th Court N.E., to Alex and Julia Hansberger, of Bradenton, for $360,000. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,276 square feet of living area.

Lake Vista Residences
Robert and Billie Delaney, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit E-407 condominium at 7612 Lake Vista Court to Leonard and Jane Marie Kritzer, of Lakewood Ranch, for $353,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,762 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2008.

Mill Creek
Timothy and Susan Killian, of Bradenton, sold their home at 1103 Woodview Way to Jeremy LaBrie, of Bradenton, for $349,900. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,266 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $139,000 in 1995.

Greyhawk Landing West
Kenneth and Penny Mahon, of Soddy Daisy, Tenn., sold their home at 12830 Balsam Terrace to Herbert Church and Elizabeth Davis, of Bradenton, for $335,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,822 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $321,600 in 2013.

Kerri Proffitt and Stephen Greer sold their home at 415 141st Court N.E., to James Sewell, of Palmetto, for $312,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,248 square feet of living area.

Carlyle at the Villages of Palm Aire
Francis and Noreen Besio, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4924 Creekside Trail to Abel Tejada and Alma Santana, of N. Andover, Mass., for $303,500. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,873 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2008.

The Moorings at Edgewater
Salvatore and Donna Coppolino, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the Unit 101 condominium at 6414 Moorings Point Circle to Thorndon ehf. for $300,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 2014.

Avalon at the Villages of Palm Aire
James and Ann Saneholtz, of Hamilton, Ind., sold their home at 4919 Lakescene Place to Warner Mitchell, of Sarasota, for $295,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,649 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2014.

Lisa Brown, Shannon Craft, Mark McMahon, Shawna McMahon and Ian McMahon, of Knoxville, Tenn., sold their home at 6419 Drewrys Bluff to Matthew and Cathyann Ray, of Bradenton, for $290,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,410 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2009.

Betty and Kenneth Price, of Ellenton, sold their home at 6435 Stone River Road to Timothy Killian and Susan Killian, of Bradenton, for $227,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,801 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,600 in 1990.

Elaine Zaino-Telchin, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 8355 Whispering Woods Court to James and Tamara Dilling, of Bradenton, for $284,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,663 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $163,400 in 1999.

Steven Foster, of Bargersville, Ind., sold the home at 4513 Tournament Blvd. to Gregory Dowdy, of Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $148,000 in 2001.

Michael Blanksham, trustee, of Northfield, Ill., sold the home at 3628 Wilderness Blvd. W. to Lindsay and Stephen Gaddis, of Parrish, for $375,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,774 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 1998.

Michael and Frances Bryant, of Parrish, sold their home at 2902 112th Terrace E., to Kenneth and Anne Clark, of Parrish, for $315,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,339 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $267,000 in 2008.

Warren and Julie Chin, of Center Conway, N.H., sold their home at 3807 101st Ave. E., to FREO Florida LLC for $201,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,989 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $132,600 in 2011.
