A house in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. LWH LLC sold the home at 7323 Haddington Cove to Chip and Barbara Smith, of North Port, for $997,900. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,410 square feet of living area.

Stanhope Gate
Gerald and Mary Snider, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7024 Stanhope Place to Robert and Ellen Fenkell, of Bradenton, for $655,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,795 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $610,000 in 2003.

Riva Trace
Allen and Sheila Wolf, trustees, of Scottsdale, Ariz., sold the home at 7515 Rio Bella Place to Robert and Samantha Jones, of Lakewood Ranch, for $545,000. Built in 2012, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $536,600 in 2012.

Charles and Joleyn McClemens, of Charlottesville, Va., sold their home at 5919 Wingspan Way to Leanne Leonard and Linda Hlavac, of Cedar Knolls, N.J., for $420,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,360 square feet of living area.

The Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 4708 Starboard Drive to Loren and Jennifer Paul, of Palmetto, for $403,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,141 square feet of living area.

Central Park Lifestyles LLC sold the home at 4680 Claremont Park Drive to Tyler and Jennifer King, of Bradenton, for $289,400. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,202 square feet of living area.

M/I Homes of Tampa LLC sold the home at 9024 39th St. Circle E. to Joshua and Susan Robinson, of Parrish, for $279,800. Built in 2013, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,390 square feet of living area.

Jan-Carlos and Stephanie Quilichini, of Alpharetta, Ga., sold their home at 6215 Burrowing Owl Cove to Cherie Cecci, of Bradenton, for $270,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $247,500 in 2010.

Mario Mino and Kerynne Livreri, of Bradenton, sold their home at 11910 Whistling Way to IH3 Property Florida LP for $266,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,267 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $233,000 in 2010.

D&T Properties of Bradenton LLC sold the home at 4640 Sanibel Way to Rosemarie Salvadore, of Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,856 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $171,100 in 2000.

James and Sally Bethel, of Hideway Hills, Ohio, sold their Unit 27 condominium at 7771 Pine Trace Drive to Mary Gillum, trustee, of Sarasota, for $218,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,803 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $198,000 in 2004.

EBW Investments Inc. sold the home at 5023 Ithaca Lane to Daniel and Dale Long, of Sarasota, for $211,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,799 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,400 in 2013.
